For example he is impulsive and gets upset quite easily, he has a bad mouth and curses alot and also has a very high level of disrespect when it comes to the law(cops, feds etc.) especially now that they prohibited alcohol. But if you can get past all of these, you will see that he's quite a charm, especially with the ladies.
Bio: Born and raised in New York, Kevin grew up with just his father, who was an officer in the US Army. His mother died after giving birth to him. Her death beying the result of some complications. Personality: Polite, Respectful and Humble, he tried not to be a rude person, however that changes when he is fighting, becoming dominant and large in battle yet eerily calm, making his gang and the others know that he is no pushover. He is quite the smiler, not a grin or a mad face breaking lip curl but a small smile, making him quite sociable, even in the most uncomfortable situations, even if his smile drops he would never show negative attitude.
Bio: Born to two relatively poor parents he is a second generation Italian in America, his parents being the first generation, making the trip over to the New World in a the steamy guts of a cramped, trans-atlantic liner. A few months afterwards he was given the opportunity by the FBI to find the killer who had apparently been part of the Opium black market, after landing the ass in prison for life the Feds were impressed with his work and offered him a deal he couldn't refuse, working under cover and job after job brought him to where he is now, deep undercover in the clockworks of an Italian Alchohol cartel, The Bracco's. Though not as a thug, which he thought he would be but as a chauffeud, driving people around and making pleasant conversation.

Building on this, law enforcement officers had the shittiest wage ever - you could make more money as dockworker basically. I think it's cause of the way they rank up so to say.. you get money based on rank and to get a higher rank you require a few years of work. So head of the PD will earn a shit tonne of money while the actual officers to detectives earned the littlest, shittiest wage ever.

Lets just say that if a mobster or a citizen with darker motives offered them 10 dollars, that was quite a sum of dollars considering you could buy a full evening meal for your family for about 40-50 cents.

So naturally FEDs would be less inclined to take a bribe - they already earn a good sum of money and they generally hired the good ''idealistic'' kind of person that wanted to hunt criminals because they felt that they were bad guys. Police officers cared less, and just wanted money to sustain their family.

Later on the PD started hiring more idealistic people and gave them better wages based off a pay-by-caught criminal basis I believe. I could be wrong but this is what I remember.
