After a bit of thought I've decided to go waka.

I just need to give myself bronze Age tech and I'm good to go.

Why bronze?

Because bronze swords look cool.

I can say from experience you will be taking a big risk of a plotless NRP, those always see allot of post, then dry up when people wonder about waiting for something to do/happen.

That said, I might be interested in being apart of this, been awhile since I have been a player in a fantasy NRP. :K

Edit: Also, 70% of the info on that NS is super not necessary, I mean, Art and Music? That can just be absorbed into a culture section, and some of the other segments seem out of place for a middle age Nation Sheet.

Though, I would advise something along the lines of flaws, and strengths, you'd be surprised how much that helps in creating specializations, also helps keep people form creating prefect realms or all capable armies.

Flaws and strengths sections on NSes are only necessary on stat-driven NRPs, but even that's up for debate considering a stat-driven NRP keeps the player factions in check by using well-defined formulas and numerical values. The only thing that has ever come out of a F&S section on a NS skeleton are people coming up with completely illogical pros and cons for their nation that they aren't going to stick to when it comes to IC interactions in the first place. They're pointless in character sheets as well, because well-written characters will have strengths and weaknesses interwoven into their personality, skills and inherent traits.

And no, they don't help with diversty. Diversty happens when people don't try and rehash tired ideas and concepts that are ingrained within traditional Tolkien-esque fantasy settings---like Aryan elves, metal-loving dwarves and socially-awkward gnomes that have a sexual fascination with bombs and all things machinery.

Any time someone makes an NS and actually many CS's like that, the strengths are always having super strength and economic badassery but the weaknesses are always lame like, "too much pride" or "gets angry often" no real weaknesses. Hopefully any 'sheets' posted will not be as shallow!?

socially-awkward gnomes that have a sexual fascination with bombs and all things machinery.

Another idea for a 1x1 smut rp!!!!

Edit* Is it possible to have floating Islands, if being a race with a great magical heritage?

I'm going to have to say no to that one. Partly because most players aren't fans of magic, but mostly because a floating island would be impossible to invade.

Also, I'm going to condense the app, as requested.

Long range siege weapons, probably needs some brilliant engineering but shooting stuff upwards is possible. What if floating islands are natural in the RP World?

First of all, click the green Subscribe button. I recommend bookmarking your subscription page.
Then, go to my first post and click the yellow words. This will take you to a new page. Copy-paste the application skeleton that occupies the first post, and fill it out.
But wait five or ten minutes while I edit it.

Edited app. Any better?

Also, don't be nervous. Just get spelling and grammar mostly correct and you should be okay. There are a couple of guides on-site that should help

I'm not sure what to do with the population count.

If we can get a general idea of how big the world map is, that would help allot with population density, and the like.

Think about your race. Creatures with longer lifespans usually breed less in fantasy, so larger population means lower life expectancy.

For a real life example, some estimates put Englands population in the Mid-Middle Ages between 3 and 5 million and Europe was a little more than 100 million. That might help.

Hmm... Let's go with roughly the size of Asia in terms of physical size.

Hmm, that might help, btw a life savior for people still not sure on numbers.

This should help with getting rough ideas, or at least knowing how many cities you would end up with, with a given population.

If we just went with the map I provided (which has clearer geography, might I add) then we could just settle on the entire deal being a 1:1 math to Earth as a whole. So, just compare the landmasses to things and roll with it.

Ok, So, AB is going for an bronze age group, I'll likely do a late iron age.. asta, what race are you going to make or are you going for a full nation this time..
Sigma, what you making?

And I'll be using elves as part of my nation.. not in the way one might think though! and they aren't Tolkien elves either. tired of the super model race.

By the way, my app posted.

I still think there's too much stuff in it that will probably never come up, or will come up anyways in the first posts. I'm betting dubs that they're not going to be strictly adhered to in the long-run.
