"Why would man stop using Technology?" he smiled and almost yawned. "It is to him, the power of the gods, They are capable of building, and destroying planets, ending entire civilizations with a push of the button, building new life at the push of another. They feel like gods, or so they think." He shrugged. "Oh yes, they would not be affected by standard tech, but the thing is, I cannot use old weapons, bows crumble to dust in my hands, swords rust away. Its a bit of a faff if you ask me." He settled back, finishing the spider with one hand. "It cannot give me love, I agree, but it gives me all I need. I know how to use any weapon you so chose to give me. if it is not of a old style, for those simply fade away. as for when, I use weapons when all other options have been exhausted. for there is no point in a senseless waste of energy and information." He put the headphones on and tapped them a few times, swapping them on to a music player. It seemed he was done with the conversation, satisfied that any further communication was a waste.

"Man is a strange creature. They do things for the strangest reasons. They might get bored with having so much. All the electricity might disappear. It is hard to say what will happen much less why these events happen." Laschesis told him. "You need to be prepare for the day when you don't have access to the power that you have access to now."

Adam sighed knocking one headphone off his hear "Technology is not just in Electricity, That is but one form...." He smiled "Bio-augmentation, Gene Splicing, Genetic Engineering. Such brilliant things that require no Electricity yet are technology." he lent back on his chair. "You may see the lives of men, But I see where their minds go. And it goes not away from technology for billions of years to come." He smiled "Though, If you want me to chose a weapon, I might as well make it a good one."

"I know technology isn't just electricity but most of it runs on electricity. I am not saying you must choose one weapon but consider what you might use if you don't have access to your godly powers. Right now I have dampened everyone's power. Someday you might come across someone who can take them all away. What will you do then?

"What would I do then?" Adam smiled and looked up. "I would die. Removing all of a gods power is to kill him or her. It is our energy that keeps us alive. We can be turned in to mortals, yes, but we would still retain a small portion of our powers." He pointed out and shrugged. "As for what I would use should I not have access to my powers? We may have to go outside for that." He grinned and put his headphones on again. "SIN online, Search Data, Xeno, Combat, Mastery, Supremacy, Titan, Ultimate." He said quietly and even with the dampening of the headphones the screaming white noise of the SIN was loud enough to buzz through the room.

Kael listened to the conversation between the teacher and the techno god, interested about the question the teacher was asking. He spoke up confidently:

"If we have no powers of our own, we are as our followers, helpless. If it turns out that we have no powers, it is up to us to find a new way to survive. By using our talents, we can survive."

When he said this though, he began to delve more into his own personal cache of questions he had been asking himself. Why would they ask this question?

He remembered that the teacher had asked him a question about why he made his weapon. He once again spoke in a clear, concise manner.

"I made my weapon, based on my expertise of smithing, something taught to me by my father. I wanted to challenge myself by making something of practical use, but could split into more weapons so I can defend myself."

(Sorry for the short post. I can't really think of what else to say.)

"So you give up and die." The Fate shook her had sadly. "You are not worth of being trusted with the fate of the world. Why should I not snip your life thread now and save us all time. You gods are so arrogant. What makes you powerful beings isn't your weapons or your powers. There is more to being a leader of a group. How can you guide others. When you are lost?"

"Take away a computers power source, it becomes Inert, dead, empty, It goes from being a living thing capable of amazing feats to nothing more than a intert bit plastic and metals." He said and tapped his headphones, cutting SIN off. "Same here, I don't give up, I simply Do. What happens when a phones battery runs out? It 'dies' When my power returnes I would awake again." He said and shook his head. "I don't hold the fate of the world, That is up to the humans, I simply can guide them towards what technology they use." He said and put his hand on the desk closing his eyes for a moment. "I dislike using weapons, My powers are just tools. What makes me strong?" He smiled "My capacity to influence the future of all of humanity." He took his hand off the desk, and slowly crawling over it was a strange transition, it was changing from the standard wooden desk to something made of black glass and metal, parts of it lighting up and displaying a keyboard, screen and other things. "See, a computer, capable of teaching, remembering, storing, learning. Take away its power source..." He pulled a small blue crystal from its underside, and its lights flickered out, almost pitifully "dead. inert, nothing. a desk, made of Inanimate things. Give it the power back." he put the crystal back and it thrummed in to life, "and it lives again. It is the same with fire is it not? Kael? Remove the fuel and it dies down to embers, waiting for more fuel before roaring back in to life to consume once again?" He asked the other student who was being questioned.

"On this, I agree with you. A fire will search for more food, wanting to consume, but if there is nothing, it will simply fade away." Looking to the Fate, Kael stared at it, looking for a reaction. "No living thing 'gives up' and dies. It struggles to live before Death comes to claim Her prize, even a god is not safe from Her, but we do struggle to survive. We will adapt to new situations, find new followers, and ultimately survive. And how can a god lead? By his or her instincts, we lead. Most of the time, they will lead to the better decision. Sometimes, though, those decisions can be messy."

The Fate smiles. "You are partly right. And greatly wrong the fate of not one world but all worlds rests on your shoulders. Sometimes you will have to fight eat other or other beings to make sure that those live continue. Think ion what I have said. For now lunch is ready. Head that way."

Grinning at the prospect of food, "Warp gate on line, Phaseal transporter..." adam seemed to be giving commands in to a wrist band. "See you guys at lunch." There was a breif flash of light and he'd disapeared, Re-appearing in the lunch hall with a similar flicker. "Gotta love beam transfer satellites." He muttered and walked to the cafeteria intending to be the first in line. The little spider creature he'd left behind jumped off the desk on to the floor and up the wall, skittering along at just above head hight to catch up with its master.

Katherin took up her staff and made her way through the halls. The nice thing about everyone having the same class at the same time was that she could simply follow the crowd. Which made her life a whole lot easier. She stopped in the door way to the cafeteria and took a deep breath. It seemed good. She sent her magic through the room. She wanted to get a feel for where everyone was before she moved into the room.

Mei was confused, she was hoping to have learned something about the realm of Earth or at least explain why she would one day wield the Daylight Dragon. however she had created a holy notepad of holiness so that class hadn't been a waste. Then suddenly as she was on her way to lunch she realized she had never really gotten all that acquainted with earth food. Usually she would have absorbed a small amount of offered energy from various life forms but something told her that beings of the physical realm didn't 'eat' that way. Her worries only grew as the cafeteria doors loomed ahead. Mei took a deep breath and entered, it was going to be a long day for the poor discombobulated goddess.

Alastair felt a holy prescience enter the cafatriea he always hated it when he felt it, it reminded him of what happen to his mother when she was found out by the other angles and killed for he actions Alastair eyed the girl that just entered examining her he wanted to know who her parents were and why he felt her aura. Alastair walked up to her, "excuse me miss I don't believe we've met my names Alastair." He said slightly bowing with a charming smile on his face putting out his hand.

Adam had finished filling up his plate just as the spider like construct fell on to his shoulder, clicking a set of instructions to it it swung under his arm and grabbed on to the plate, clamping on to the underside it hummed softly and proceed to float beside him on some antigravity field generated by the spider, keeping pace with him easily. Humming to himself he pulled his headphones off, turning round to look at the others, For now he'd decided to let everyone do the introductions themselves. he was to interested in having lunch. settling down on one of the tables he clicked again and the spider settled the plate down and unfollded showing him a knife and fork, both seemingly made of re-made gears, some outlines still visible.

Katherin tilted her head. The café was too noise and echoey for her to use sound to find a place to sit where she wouldn't be in the way. She was tempted to ask for help but she needed to learn to navigate on her own. There wasn't always going to be someone who could help her get around. She used her magic to search the crowded room. With everyone moving about it was hard to know where people where at. But between her magic and her staff she was able to slowly make her way to an empty seat.

Mei froze, she hadn't expected the spawn of darkness to talk to her, but she had no place to talk him down. She returned his bow, ashamed that she was grateful to him for following the mannerisms she was accustomed to, accidentally or otherwise. "No it would seem we have not, I am Shia-Mei of the Chinese and Japanese pantheons. Though it is appropriate to call me Mei, or so I have been told." She shook his hand with a slight hesitation, "It is an honor to meet you, despite our vastly different roles in the worlds. We are the next generation in a war older than time itself." There was the slightest hint of sadness in her voice, "I should go get my lunch now." Mei turned to leave.

When she shook his hand he flip it over and kissed the top of it, "It a pleasure to me you Miss Mei. But I care little for politics honestly." He said releasing her hand as she turned away he just smiled he got that she didn't like him but he would rather have a good reputation before he became king of hell.
