Full Name: Elizabeth Grace Fontaine

Personality: Beth has unshakeable loyalty to the people she truly cares for. You can usually find her with a bright smile on her face and a caring hand to give to those who need it. Some say her optimism is childish and naive, but Beth pays them no mind. She knows they would change their minds in time. Despite growing up in riches, Beth has been taught the virtue of hard work and tolerance, so you can always count on her to help. She trusts easily despite having been manipulated so many times before. This outlook that everyone has a good side might become her downfall in the future.

Bio\History:
Beth was orphaned when she was just a baby. No one knows who her biological parents are, so there's a small chance that she might have a wizard's blood inside her. This has yet to be proven though so she's been recorded as a muggleborn.

Beth's adoptive father was a drummer in a French band, while her adoptive mother was a music teacher for a high school. As such, Beth grew up with music guiding her in life. She lived a relatively normal muggle life until her eleventh birthday when she received a letter of admittance to Beauxbaton Academy of Magic. Her parents were surprised at this revelation, but did not shun Beth away. Instead, they urged her to enter Beauxbaton and to own her destiny, much like they had done before to get where they were then.

Beth's time at Beauxbaton had been short. A group of Beauxbaton students, the menace of their fine academy, had taken advantage of Beth's kind nature and used her to steal a powerful artifact from their Headmistress. Of course they had been apprehended and they were all expelled. Still, the Headmistress knew of the trickery so she gave Beth another chance. Beth was sent to Hogwarts to start again. She was sorted into Hufflepuff and found that she fit perfectly.

Beth is currently in her sixth year and a chaser for the Hufflepuff Quidditch team.

Personality: Scott is an extremely intellectually gifted student as noted as being Sorted into the Ravenclaw house. Knowing how to read peoples faces gives Scott the ability of telling if people are telling the truth or lying. He loves to make friends with people who are good-hearted people or are also brilliant students like himself. He tends to downplay his intelligence during any classes that are mixed with other houses by not answering questions that he may know just to try and minimize any unwanted attention since he is not fond of confrontations. When not looking over textbooks he does love to have a good laugh and some tea with his friends.

Anything that Scott truly fears will never be completed no matter how he would truly want to. He loves Quidditch, he wants to play it so much, knows the rules, advanced strategies, goes to the Qudditch World Cup every 4 years with his parents, but both a fear of falling and confrontations keep him from achieving his dream of playing for the house team. He however spends his spare time assisting the Ravenclaw Quidditch house team. Being able to tell if people are telling the truth or lying is limited to non potion users so any information that is given out while anyone is under the effects of a veritaserum (as long as Scott doesn't know hey have taken it) or transformed with a polyjuice potion since they don't fall under the same normal characteristics for him to recognize.

Scott's motivated to be one of the most intelligent students in his class and be a positive contributing member of the wizarding world when he finishes school. He one day hopes to make himself a household name .

Bio\History: Where Scotts intelligence came from is not overly surprising given that both of his parents are skilled wizards, both of them have Aurors all of their lives. He has been naturally gifted ever since he was a child, being able to perform 4th & 5th year spells before even being old enough to be accepted into Hogwarts.

When he was 5 years old was the first time that he had a run in with a muggle family ... and it wasn't an overly pleasant one. One day Scotts parents had come home and well into a deep sleep since they had been exhausted from the previous two days of hunting death eaters, so when his parents were asleep Scott had gotten up since he was awake, he had decided to go for a little walk. When he was on his way back home he took a right at the intersection before his house instead of a left, not knowing where to go he decided to ask one of the neighbors. They had been fighting over the loss of the husbands job all day. So when Scott knocked on the door, the husband yelled at him also without even hearing what the young child had to say. Scott got so frightened that he had cast a Incendio spell without meaning to in their basement, afraid he had run until he found his house. The couple did make it out alive but not without injury since they didn't have any fire alarms in the basement. They had second degree burns on 70% of their bodies. When the whole ordeal was over they had do erase the memories of that event from a total of 7 muggles (the family and a few observers on the street) After that incident they had moved into an all wizarding community.

During his time of studies Scott has always been exceptional, the first day when he had the sorting hat placed on his head, he had the second fastest sorting into a house in Hogwarts history. During the O.W.L's Scott earned outstanding in all of the classes that he has taken (Charms, Transfiguration, Herbology, Defence Against, Potions, Care of Magical, and Astronomy)

@Malikoy: Ugh yes, she is so damn cute and talented. I wanted a Hufflepuff character and she was the first to come to mind.

When do you think we're starting?

I know this is going to sound like a silly question but are we allowed to make reference to past events and characters in the Harry Potter series?
Example 1) -Caught himself looking at the Quidditch trophies in the cabinet wishing that his name could be on one like Harry Potters-
Example 2) Hey student xyz do you remember what that happened after the Quidditch World Cup between Bulgaria and Ireland?

@Mchaggis If we got more players/characters we would, but currently it wouldn't be good to have the few characters assume such roles.

@bittersweet I will wait a day or two to give the chance for anyone to join, then I'm dropping my character sheets and begin!

@Red I might have mentioned something about that in the rules, just be minimal about it and make sure what is referenced is referenced exactly as it happened, To preserve continuity :)

Full Name: Tessa Anne Goffe

Personality: Tessa is a very caring person. She doesn't talk much about her life before she was 8, but her and her father are very close. Tessa would do anything to protect a friend. She isn't afraid to stand up for those friends. If someone messes with her though it rolls of her shoulders. She has a strangely tough hide. Those who knew her during her first year say she was much more withdrawn. It wasn't until her second year that she became as friendly as she is now. She loves hugs, but always makes sure the person receiving the hug is okay with it.

Bio\History: Tessa was born to a poor back woods religious woman and her husband. It was three years after Tessa was born that she did her first unusual thing. It wasn't anything crazy, she just wanted the cereal off the top shelf. It came to her and her mother flipped out. Tessa's mother was quickly convinced Tessa was possessed. Her father on the other hand knew the truth. He had done a great job of hiding it too. He tried to explain to his wife. She didn't take it so well. In fact she took Tessa and disappeared with her. No one knows the whole story of what happened the next five years, except Tessa obviously. Until by chance a cop saw an 8 year old Tessa in the back of a taxi. A recently aged photo of her had been released and the two looked close enough for him to call it in. Over the next two months the cops did their best to remove Tessa from her mother's custody. They eventually succeeded, put Tessa's mother away in jail for kidnapping and returned Tessa to her father.

The two reconciled over the next few years and then Tessa received her letter. Her father was pleased as punch and told her about Hogwarts. He had been a Ravenclaw, but he was fine with whatever Tessa was. He was just happy she could go to Hogwarts.

Notable skills: Tessa has a green thumb. If asked she says she's always been good with plants. Tessa is an excellent chaser ad well.

@Legion Good character, accepted. You can find images in any stock photo websites or of B or even A list actors. Just find an actor that closely resembles your character, there is also deviantart.

Actually if she took her without consent it is still illegal though I guess that depends on European law. I'm thinking American and that is different. Not important. What is important is Tessa's mom isn't in her life anymore.
