Pretty easy actually. Due to the open nature of the story, your character could have been in the background up until now, then you can insert them into something. Now's a good time to jump in since everyone is simply talking.

A few things, Whonami

1). All character sheets go into the deposit.

2). Make her appearance more detailed, you only described a few things. Look at some of my sheets if you need an idea. I also say give her a normal eye color, unless you're going for the cliche "powers changed my eye color" route.

3). I assign power ratings, and honestly, I don't really understand the whole Inverse dimension thing, specifically the "alternate counterparts" thing. How are you planning to go about it? Get people to write the opposite version of their characters, or...? Personally, I think there should be no people in it, and it's more of a movement thing. Personally, I don't think it will work as well as you think. It might be confusing/nonsensical pretty fast. Thus, I think you should change it.

4). Her power needs more limits, drawbacks, or weaknesses since the ones she has already won't cut it. Because I can make a similar argument with her power that I made with someone who had a similar power: if used creatively, she can become unstoppable.
