Hey, I'm definitely interested in this, but I have a question. What is the general setting of this RP. Is it in modern day Japan or something?

Also, while I don't mind the no guns rule, cause this is a street fighter esq RP, they can be easily concealed and used without drawing to much attention.... just sayin...

Yeah the setting is modern say Japan.

As for the guns thing I still stand by my rule if no guns. We can have weaponry if your character I'd a master of using a staff or a ball and chain for example

personality= Cold, quick to aggressiveness, and slow to trust others. Niles has a hard time making friends as well as keeping them, He's blunt about everything and has a knack for being negative in almost every situation. Hated by most he has grown to push others away making it hard for him to talk to people or interact in anyway, but that doesn't mean he's uncaring. Underneath his ice cold exterior is a lonely child needing someone to talk to.

history = Raised by a single mom and despised by his father, Niles had a rough childhood. He never got along with the other kids and was bullied horrendously. Although he was put through so much, he remained strong so he could watch over his mother and protect the little remaining honor that his family had. When he was 12 he met a man by the name of Keto Rune, Keto was a master of Kobudo, specifically the art of fighting with tonfa, and, after learning about Niles situation, offered to teach him. After the many years of training, Keto has turned into some what of a father figure for Niles and is the only other person besides his mother that Niles can talk openly with.

your fighting style = Kobudo, uses two collapsible Tonfas.

your strengths = Can calculate movement, giving him a slight advantage in a fight. Very tactical fighter. Quite agile.

your weaknesses = Calculation of movement isn't always correct. Get's angry easily, and has a hard time working with others.

Stands at around 5'9, medium build.

personality=
A friendly individual who tends to lean on the skeptical side, never really taking anything as is. She uses mind over matter and typically always takes a step back to take things into perspective, asking how or what to do about the situation. Overall she will be generally friendly and open to those who she thinks are not assholes.

history=
Katherine's life has been a somewhat complicated one to say the least. Her parents were divorced when she was young and she constantly had to deal with the two very different personalities. Her mother was essentially an emotional volcano, unpredictable, violent, and destructive. In retrospective, she most likely was suffering from "Borderline Personality Disorder" which is classified as one of the worst mental diseases to treat as it involves the patience's literal physical inability to see any flaws in his or her own way of thinking. On the other hand you have her father. Her father was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force which he served as a Pararescue soldier due to being diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder. Despite the severity of the mental disease, Katherine looked up to him and remains very close to her father. He taught her everything she knows both about fighting and about life in general. She currently lives with him now after she turned 18 in Japan, moving from her mother's home in the United States.

your fighting style=
When observing Katherine in a fight, one would be hard to determine what particular style she uses, but it can be safely said that she seems to show a mixture between SCARS and Systema. Very brutal, all out, no holding back dirty fighting. She has no sense of "honor" when it comes to fighting and will do anything to eliminate a threat. Many would most likely dislike her for that reason, as she isn't afraid to put someone in a hospital for a few months if it means defending herself. Anything goes fighting. Oh and she usually carries around two collapsible nightsticks.

your strengths (can have up to 3)=
-A strong personality with an air to her that is almost palpable, her straight forward, no bullshit way of handling herself often gains favor among her peers. She's a leader and a speaker that isn't afraid to say what she has on her mind.

-When engaging in a fight, having the "anything goes" mentality is a serious advantage over most people who learn one more stricter form of fighting, particularly sport related martial arts. She often surprises and overwhelms an opponent with her aggressive and brutal attacks.

-She is well educated. Surprise surprise, she actually reads books and looks stuff up on wikipedia. Having the scientific knowledge of the body and how the motions and ranges of the human physical capabilities can give her a leg up in a lot of different situations. On top of that, its good to know that 2+2=4 and not potato.

your weaknesses (must have 2)=
-Katherine tends to have a serious bias towards those who are.... "very open" about their spiritual side. People who talk about Chakra, chi, or any mystical stuff typically get marked down in her book as people to hate. This leads to her, perhaps, underestimating and being harsh towards those kinds of people

-Katherine, due to her FTW attitude, may come off as insensitive in some situations and even a little bossy when in charge, leading to some dislike from peers.

Has an extensive combat history with the Pararescue Soldiers of the United States Air Force. Their essentially SEALS with more medical training and under the Air Force branch as opposed to the Navy.
