I think that would be very interesting. Rocketrobie does bring up the point of involving yourself in the plot. Perhaps you could be seeking rebellion against your masters or a way to gain your humanity back.
Sorry for the delay but here is some guidelines/ideas I came up with for the cults radiation powers -
Lowly powers (fodder) would include simple telekinesis, weapon endowment (poison, freezing, flames, etc.), energy manipulation, and physical enhancement (move faster, become stronger, etc.)
Specialists would master one form of these from one category (usually unique to the individual): Telekinesis (bullets, bodily control, flight, pillars of earth, [specific] weapon control, etc.) Weapon Endowment (poison arrows, flaming sword, exploding shield, whip that freezes on contact, etc.) Energy Manipulation (energy bullets, sound control, radiation flames, temperature control, etc.) and Physical Enhancement (not much to add on lol)
Elites would have mastered several abilities from each of the categories.
The "Family" would have most abilities mastered from each category, plus abilities that sit within two or more categories: extremely strong punches that explode when contact is made, or "floating" maces that can shoot energy bullets, etc.
The Leader would have, what seems like infinite, abilities all mastered. This being would have no limitations. Some say they can even drain the life of any creature or being.
Please feel free to throw out ideas!! Also those categories are not set in stone by any means, mostly just there to set-up how the specialists and elites work.
