Attempt peaceful contact with them instead of ignoring all attempts at contact and warning shots. Plus New Condia is wary of aliens. After you know a alien invasion and 1000s of civilian death.

And to Keyguy they did not retreat because the Dreadnought was threatened, they retreated because they were outnumbered and outgunned.

I didnt ignore contact, I simply refused it. They just wanted to get off the planet, and you cant "magic" a ship off a planet. When you surround a already alarmed force they become distrustful and very careful, I wouldnt try to make contact with a group who has guns leveled at me, I have no idea whether or not you have orders to fire when I make contact or not. As for warning shots, they dont care or know what they are, those forces were there to save the crew and salvage sensitive material from the crashed vessel, Septonian protocol. Like what happens when you back an animal into a corner, same thing happened here. Crashed landed on a foreign land and immediately surrounded, they felt like they would be killed.

Yea, its fine to apply, the more the merrier :)

Aye, negotiations with aliens are usually best served without a good deal of surrounding and aiming guns at them. Plus they crashed; they would be much more likely to escape with friends, and blow up the entire crash site.

I don't know, but I really think you need a bit more effort. Flesh everything out, show you've got some good writing skills!

Also, perhaps less troll sheet and a bit more... serious? Not that fighting over how something is spelled is bad, just... write more about it. Read everyone else's apps to see what would be a good length for you to write.
