Powers/Abilities
The user can manipulate technology and technology based constructs, computers, robots, hardware, and other devices that can be determined as 'technology'. Manifested as a special form of eletrical/telekinetic manipulation, a special form of 'morphing' whi allows physical interaction with machines, or even a physic ability that allows mental interface with computer data. Users can control the flow of intricate machinery and can allow them to assemble or disengage their programming at will. Can operate most technology just by touching or look. The user can control specific electrons and instruct them which items to engage or disengage. And if possible the user could be able to use the eletrical impulses to gently control smaller metal parts.


Back Story
Her mother and father..or 'creator' for short were scientists of which worked with many large scientific companies. Avae, born of eletricity was at first a humanoid, white looking figure of which could interact with the basics of simple technology (Phones, Laptops, Etc) and thus she was used for various hacking simulators. Though updates were made, her hair made from real hair and her skin being added on in later times and thus giving her a unique human look. Many of her copies were made, though they were all failures except for Avae. She was the only one who didn't glitch or interracted with a virus..she was..'special'. Years later (1983) the copies were made a secret and Avae was the only one left alive, supposedly and she helped out with the government. Nothing happened through out the years, though until people with 'powers' suddenly came of age and which gave them a chance to finally upgrade Avae. Though when updating her system she began having HUMAN like interractions, begininning to have her own personality and thus she manifested into something more powerful of which the army or anyone couldn't control, her. Her powers were weak at first, and they still are, but now she has activated defense systems, thus she can do various things. Avae escaped with the use of her powers, leaving everything behind of what she knew of and finally went into the world she was covered from, blinded from....

Powers/Abilities: "I can heat up my body to high temperatures. Sadly, I still need to eat. But now, I can eat anything as long as it is able to be burned. Also I can heal himself. Let's say, I somehow lose my right arm, I can eat my arm's weight in metal and my body will melt it down, and my arm will 'grow' back. And I almost forgot I can breathe out fire too."

Back Story: "Sorry but I don't know you know that well to tell you my life story. But I will tell you what I have been doing since I 'landed' in this universe. At first I was figuring out my new body and trying to stay 'alive'. After I figured out how my new body worked, I started trying to become a Hero. Since this universe 'accepts' Superheroes, unlike mine where they are hunted down and arrested or worse. I stopped muggings and robberies from happening and other things. But seeing how my appearance isn't normal, it tends to freak people out. I have been arrested twelve times so far, I let the police arrest me and hold me in jail for one day. Then I break out, without injuring the officers, of course. After I break out, I leave the city and head to a different one. So far this city is the thirteenth one I've been to. Maybe if you get to know me, then I'll tell you my life story."

Yeah I have no objections, I would say you are free to post. Unless of coarse the other CO-GM says other wise.

I think Avae would be a good person to rebuild the building, easily. All she needs things that are metal, conduct eletricity, and some how be determined as 'technology'
