Gender: Female / plant (see backstory)

Appearance:
Powers/Abilities:
-rapid regeneration (much slower than Wolverine)

-immune to poisons
Back Story: Late in her life, Pamela Isley grew tired of Gotham. Tired of the never ending cycle of heroes vs villains. Like mother nature, she wanted to find tranquility and nurture new life. She put her Eco-terrorism on hold and dedicated her time and expertise to the genesis of a superior kind. She spliced the DNA of several plant species into her own to take away the weaknesses and illnesses that plague the weaker animal species. But using her own DNA alone would make it merely a clone, a recreation of a tired formula. The strength in a species comes from its variation, mixing genes to create something new and original. There was only one person who Pam would even consider worthy of mixing her genes with: Harley Quinn.
It wasn't difficult getting a sample of Harley's DNA, with or without her permission. It took Pam several years to perfect the process. Several years and many miscarriages and lost daughters. But, like nature, she found a way. Lily was born with many issues. She was sickly and needed extra care. Care that Harley was more than willing to give once she found out she had a daughter. For a time Isley found the tranquility she always wanted. She had a perfect daughter and Harley by her side.
It was when Lily reached her teenage years that she began to see the cracks in her family. Even though Harley remained loyal to Pam all those years, the Joker still had a hold on her. Lily noticed it more and more as she got older and no longer needed the constant attention of her mothers. When she had grown old enough and strong enough, she set off on a quest to protect her family. It was simple, she would end the Joker and everyone who worked for him.
