Leo Duel School (often shortened to LDS), one of the biggest and most prestigious Duel Academies in the world. A year and a half ago, the first Pendulum Summon was performed by a youth known as Yuya Sakaki. Since then, Pendulum Summoning has become one of Leo Duel School's pillar Summoning Courses.

You are a student (or perhaps a professor, or in one case, a janitor) at LDS. Your life is pretty normal for the most part. Just like anyone, you strive to be the best at what you do. That may range from simply being the best of your course, or being the best in the school. You attend one of the seven LDS Summoning Courses: Tribute Summon, Special Summon, Fusion Summon, Ritual Summon, Synchro Summon, Xyz Summon, or Pendulum Summon. Of course, nothing is never as simple as it seems at LDS. But hush, I didn't say anything about that.

Ladies and gentlemen! (as Yuya Sakaki would say) I present to you, the Yu-Gi-Oh! Summon Masters Roleplay, where all forms of Summoning run amok! Firstly, let's lay down some ground rules.

Firstly, understand that we will be scripting our Duels. If using a Random Number Generator would make you more comfortable, then feel free. We will also be incorporating Action Duels into this RP. Now for some ground rules.
1) Don't power-play all the time. We understand that it's fun to obliterate our opponents in a single turn sometimes, but try to contain yourself. There will be consequences for those who overdo the unrealistic power-play strategies.
2) As this takes place in an anime setting, we will be using the anime-based 4000 LP counter rather than 8000. This also helps with not having overwhelming walls-of-text for a single Duel.
3) Follow your Yu-Gi-Oh! Rule Guide! With this said, understand that there are some new rules that came into play toward the end of ZEXAL and the beginning of ARC-V. For example: The player who has the first turn skips his/her draw phase, and two Field Spell Cards can be in play at the same time.
4) You may attend ONE (and ONLY ONE) Summon Course for the moment. That means that said course will be your major form of Summoning. This does not bar Tribute Summoning from players who focus on another form, or the Generic Special Summoning, but please try not to use an overwhelming amount of other forms.
5) We will follow the most recent TCG Advanced Format Forbidden & Limited Lists. However, I will allow each character to have ONE Forbidden Card each, and only ONE copy of that card.
6) Please stay away from using cards that were painfully rare or unique in the anime. I won't argue with someone using a Blue-Eyes, but things like Signer Dragons, Egyptian Gods, and Numbers are difficult, if not impossible, to duplicate. If possible, please refrain from using them, as this is in the anime setting.
7) Anime-Exclusive and Manga-Exclusive cards will be available within reason. If I state one as unfair, then I will place it where appropriate on our personal Limited/Forbidden List. That said, some of them will have modified effects to make them fair.
8) During Action Duels, the Action Cards received will be RANDOMIZED. There is no exception. The reason is that there are detrimental Action Trap Cards that no one would grab if it weren't randomized. A list of Action Cards with Random Number Values can be found below.
9) RPGuild rules still apply. No exceptions.
10) Keep things rated PG (at MOST PG-13, but preferably PG). Yu-Gi-Oh! IS NOT something that should be for more mature audiences.
11) Have Fun! If you're playing an unfair deck that's not fun for anyone (*coughpropheciescough*), then why play? Please do this for entertainment, not for a 100% imaginary win-record.

Most of the time however its a good thing because he won't over think things. He and his sister Liliana Take after their mothers Love of Cooked Food which due to it Normally means that when ever good food is cooking Silver is around. So hes normally hanging near the Kitchens. He also has a Large appetite for food With some people calling him ravenous. He speaks quickly that some people might find it hard to understand what hes saying. He has fear of clowns, He also had a Love of Monster cards. He prefers standard dueling to speed and action duels Due to the fact he doesn't have to worry about extra rules because he can be forgetful.

She shares Silvers love of food with her mother But unlike Silver who would rather eat someone else's. She prefers to cook her own and eat it. She Prefer's Stranded Dueling but wants to try action dueling as its something she has never done before. her Attention span is quite Short and shes been known to pretend listening to someone while actually thinking to herself. She finds her father Can be a little to annoying when he try's to give her advice she's heard before.

- Personality. Alice is a Very Calm Person with a long fuse to anger. She Cares alot about Silver and Liliana's well being and She Tries not to punish them Due to her having a Strict mother. but when they need punishment She gives them a Ultimatum If they can beat her in a standard duel They can get off Scott free and she will take the blame But if they lose they take the blame and they have to take the punishment as well. Her Dueling Skills Are very professional but she is Admittedly bad at creating decks unlike her Husband Nathan. She prefers the Zombie's because in her eyes Its the perfect way to differentiate from her mother's deck Which was a Warrior/Fairy deck. She doesn't get along that well with her mother and they generally don't talk. She Likes to show off a little in duels. her personality also becomes a little more wild which in Nathans Opinion makes her a hard Person to read. She loves Food but She can't cook even if she wanted to.

Personality: Zack is the sort of 'holier-than-thou' kind of person. He considers everybody to be lower than him and will not accept that anybody can defeat him. Zack judges everybody he comes across and, if they are not up to his standards, he will not 'waste' time with them. He is the kind of person who people look at and realize that he was spoiled as a child. Zack doesn't anger quickly but is often brash and harsh when he is angry. Zack often avoids battles as much as possible. Normally, he is calm while in battle but is easily flustered when things don't go his way.

Saze Iver
- Age: 11
- Grade: 6
- Course Attended: Pendulum

- Personality: Saze is friendly and cheerful and always wiling to smile for others' benefit. Unfortunately, seeing him that bright and cheerful is only slightly more likely than getting struck by lightning. The boy is always either sleeping or incredibly tired. In class he's always just on either side of nodding off, in the halls he often bumps into people or things because his eyes have slipped shut, and outside he'll usually be laying down somewhere. Though you would think this would make him incredibly lazy and a slacker, he somehow still manages to absorb things people say to him when he seems asleep and does quite well in his classes (at least when the teacher isn't punishing him for falling asleep) Sometimes Saze will even carry on entire conversations while asleep and not remember them later on. The only time you're guaranteed to catch him when he's awake and alert is when he's eating, and boy can he eat. The combination of Saze never doing anything but sleep and eating as much as he does makes "Where does it all go!?" one of the great mysteries of the world.

- Other Details: Saze is remarkably good at physical activities, mostly because despite always being seemingly exhausted, he never gets tired physically. He tends to have a delayed reaction to things. He keeps his prized deck in a case that looks like Qliphort Assembler.

- Appearance:


- Personality: Joshua is rough on the outside but a gentle and caring person on the inside. When you first meet him he will either ignore or insult you but given time you will find a loyal friend who is willing to go the extra mile to help you. He can be very good on his feet and adapt to what's going on around him, a trait that's helped him out of many a situation.

During duels Joshua tends to remain focused on his opponent and does his best to keep a level head. If he sees his opponent is new to dueling he will often try to help them out but he won't pull his punches , since he sees that as disrespectful. He goes all out and tries to do his best while having fun.

- Personality Amelia is a kind, polite, but very shy girl who has difficulty talking to others. Despite being brought up in an environment were she could get anything she wants(i.e, she's rich) she doesn't view anyone as being lower then her, but instead sees them as being better then her. She doesn't value money or material goods but rather she values the people she's around and feels like she could trust, seeing as she has never really had anyone to call a friend before.

During a duel it's obvious she's still learning the game and lacks confidence. Despite this she can still hold her own because she constantly practices, although it's unlikely she'll win.

- Other Details: Amelia suffered from an unknown heart condition that can cause her tremendous pain and to cough up blood whenever she is pushed beyond her physical limits. Even though this is a severe handicap for her, especially turning Action Duels or gym class, she pushes forwards despite it, hating it when people pity her because of the condition.

Personality- Moros can only be described as overwhelmingly optimistic. Tenacious to a fault and kind to boot he is practically the incarnation of a naivety. He has no distrust or prejudice despite how poorly most people treat him, you get that a lot after you get kicked out of fourcourses,and seems incapable of feeling negative feeling like anger and sadness. Moros knows he's not very good at dueling but always challenged people nevertheless and never backs down from a challenge


Other- Always carries a pair of headphones(See appearance) with him, his most prized possession besides his deck. Through a freakish amount of unluckiness Moros has never recieved a spell or trap card

Like before, though, I'm wanting this to start with an exhibition Duel. Don't care between whom. Basically, the purpose for an exhibition Duel is to display what the students can do if they join the school, meaning this should be between veteran students of grades 7 through 9. This could be a one on one of two students from different courses, or it could be a teamed two-vs-two. Either way, the Duel will be written in titanpad. (Scar and the rest of the old crew know how this works. If you need pointers, there are more than enough of us who can lend them.) But anyway, while I'm at church, feel free to figure out which of us are going to be involved in the exhibition.

@Eklipse: I'm sticking closely to the "Only One Course" rule. No exceptions. Later on in the RP, you may be able to add to your schedule if you feel like being an overachiever, but there must be some degree of working up to that point of awesome. And considering your guy is in sixth grade, I don't think he's going to be jumping straight into Junior Youth overwhelmed with courses.
