Designed him like that because, his Insanity, could likely help in some missions, the insane part, (which I will codename him Ira for now, meaning Wrath In Latin) could be useful for when a little bit of skill is needed. But, Yes, I believe the WREC trooper program might be a bit better, I'll check up on that.
