On the forum on a daily basis. I have a rule, minimum of three people must post before I will post again, and only have two since my last post.

Mine is that at least one of those people has to be someone I'm interacting with.

ODSTs got one thing Spartans don't

That, and active-camo that doesn't have an expiration-date.

Well, the Spartans in Reach have what looks like a weaker version in the form of basic night vision (still gives people outlines, but not coloured.) I'm guessing that it developed into VISR. Of course the debunking for this is that Halo 4 Spartans just still have night vision if I remember correctly

Truly ODST was probably my favourite Halo in it's design, and the fact it actually had characters.
But I agree with general consensus that Halo Reach is the best, and I really didn't like Halo 4 multiplayer

VISR & permanent active-camo are crutches used by weak soldiers.

Several squards of ODST in armor couldn't handle a buck naked Spartan.

Both are good, Spartans are walking armies but there just one soldier and neither of you can take a covenant fleet, so quit bickering the Navy wins with the Infinity wins.

Navy is a blunt object, it is nothng when precision is required. If you read the books Spartans have taken on Covenant ships and won with little to no human life lost. Navy looses lots and lots of human life and ships every time they do the same.

Actually there were several instances of Spartans being captured by Tango-squad. That's how Margret-053 lost her eye, and James-005 was left hospitalized for a week.

I don't suppose you're familiar with 'Helljumpers'? Dutch and Romeo pretty much being headhunters prior to New Mombassa.

Stealing a Phantom is child's play. Steal a whole a whole Covenant flagship, like John-117 and the people he rescued (Spartan 1 survivor, an ONI pisspot, an ODST, & a Pelican Pilot). The ODST involved killed himself in an overzeolous attempt to destroy a Forerunner Crystal, clearly he was a crackpot who should not have been on active duty. The ONI pisspot sacrificed himself and an Admiral to destroy a Covenant city, the stolen Covenant flagship, and over 500 Covenant ships, clearly batshit crazy but that crazy delayed the attack on Earth.

As for the Helljumpers article tldr.

You need to update your facts. Margaret lost her eye to members of Red Team (Spartans), who were upset that Black Team was not taking their training seriously. All before any of them recieved their augmentations.

Your choice of James as an example of ODST beating up a Spartan is absolutely ludicrous. First James had not recieved his augmentations yet. Second he was a child who was still in training, that was child abuse.

ODSTS ARE CHILD ABUSERS.

Ill write up a reply either later today or tomorrow.

And on the other topic of ODST's and Spartans. Augmented Spartan-II's are walking armies in their own right and together with their armour.. Well. Lets not go there. ODST's got their spot, but they are outclassed by Spartans. Simple stuff really. Then to be fair, the entire discussion is a waste of time and space.

What about Battle of Metisette? The Rubble? Back in 2535 when the Spartans were still getting tazed by Mendez for falling asleep in class on how to treat their own sucking chest wounds.

A prowler full of ODSTs and Lt Keyes pretty much totally owned an entire solar-system and set Prophet of Truth's plans back about a decade or two.*

*Unofficially, they had help from a certain AI, and a few renegade Spartans (they didn't really have a mission, and just happened to be there drinking the local beer).

So the ODSTs would have failed without them.

As for your link, nothing is mentioned about ODSTs, Prowlers, or the male Captain Keyes involved in the Battle of Rubble. So your source sucks or you failed to accurately cite your source. Eithery way you failed.

I was too lazy to wiki-walk you through it all.

Divisive mandate > link: Battle of the Rubble > Link:concurrent battle: Metissette > Link: Preceeding incidents: Battle of Cherybdis IX > Link: Concurrent: Scyllion Warehouse District Riot

Battle of Metissette > Link: Proceeding battle: 18 Scorpii

Note, 3 Spartans were at Rubble, 2 at Metissette, all were declared MIA afterwards. Making them the only team of Spartan IIs never to upgrade past Mark IV.
-90% of the time they were just protecting one guy (because the rampant AI told them to), and it wasn't Keyes. And he still dies.
And they seriously were just chilling in a bar at the time.

Foster said Note, 3 Spartans were at Rubble, 2 at Metissette, all were declared MIA afterwards.

Your facts continously prove to be factually wrong over and over.

Battle of the Rubble occurred then led to Battle of Metisette.

Gray Team (3 Spartans) participated in the Battle of the Rubble.

Gray Team (3 Spartans) participated in the Battle of Metisette.

Gray Team (3 Spartans) was sent on a mission deeper behind enemy lines and farther from UNSC forces. They were deemed too inaccessible to be recalled in 2551 and they had been out of contact for about a year.

Gray Team has always had the exact same 3 Spartans from conception to they stopped communicating.

They are not MIA. It has been stated that Gray Team will sometimes disappear on missions for months, or years, to accomplish them.

Foster give up, you will never win. You constantly use factually wrong information or child abuse to justify your obsession with inferiority.

[Rubble was still being contested even as Juliana de-orbited the previous battlefield into the later]

Gray Team (3 Spartans) participated in the Battle of the Rubble.
[Not refuting that, but all they did, was protect Delgardo... because a jackal hit Adriana over the head with a chair, at a bar (or something equally stupid)... and a rampant AI asked them nicely to do so]

Gray Team (3 Spartans) participated in the Battle of Metisette.
[Only Jai and Adrianne, Mike had to stay behind, these are neither a different 3 Spartans, nor an additional 2 spartans]

Gray Team (3 Spartans) was sent [...] out of contact for about a year*.Gray

They are MIA.
[listed as such since Reach, even gets mentioned in-game]

Wait, I'm abusing a child?

*Considering they left in 2535, and haven't returned by the end of Halo 4... yeah... they're dead.

See one of my earlier posts, that you apparently aren't reading.

As for you editing my post inside the quote, I refuse to acknowledge that garbage exists. If you can't be bothered to post correctly, I can't be bothered to acknowledge your laziness.

Since you can't be bothered to read or be bothered to retain information I will not acknowledge your posts on this subject anymore.

Weren't you the one to use "tl;dr" as a valid argument?

Gets kinda annoying.
