Well... if I just get my CS done and a basic description of the area (and maybe some important NPC's written down), I'd be happy to start. The only thing is, half the time, I'm on my mobile and not only is there a maximum character count (which I've more than exceeded in the first OOC post), but I can't copy & paste either D: I can squeeze in maybe half an hour on the laptop a day - which is the only time I'm fully able to type up without the risk of everything being deleted. Ugh.

Oh, and I almost forgot to give you my thanks for making a link to this (the OOC). I can't for the life of me figure it out - it just goes straight to the casual roleplay page :/ So Thankyou! ^w^

I'm afraid you'll have to define 'alchemist' a little more as it's a rather broad term - are we talking about medicines, metals or one of the many other branches that falls under 'alchemy'?

Err, chemest with a bit of extreme medicine such as adrenaline shots. though its mostly explosives and other weaponized forms of chemestry. as I'd assume those types would be more in demand in such a brutal time period.

Though that also means dynamite or other hi explosives and those are pretty nasty.

I'm sorry, but I don't think your job would fit in much as we'd have dragons and hand-weapons to fight, so explosives aren't really neccesary and, for the time period, were more likely to blow up in your face than blow up the enemy. And medicines would revolve mainly around herbal remedies and such - like potions.
I guess you could be another inventor like AngelNoire's character if you wanted?

I apologise to everyone who has taken the time to sign-up and join this roleplay, but I'm afraid that, due to my current circumstances, I will be unable to start at all. I can't see any let up in my timetable and I've squeezed in as much time as possible - and when I do have some free time I like to engage in other hobbies as well as roleplaying. Whenever I have a moment I'm usually on my phone, typing up a post as quickly as possible, but I've learned GMing takes a little more consistency than that (and I was stupid enough to start when the holiday season was just about beginning).
I am, in all essences, killing it off before this roleplay begins. I may try again at a later date, but I'm afraid it won't be anywhere in the near future. If anyone wants to use the plotline for themselves, feel free.
