Currently, I’m going to get my reply up there a bit later then we start moving the PCs together.

Also, Zombie, any thoughts or feelings about Proser’s idea? One Player (Lo Pellegrino and I thank you very much for that btw) weighed in but no one else has. I’ve already stated my thoughts in the pm with Proser but I suggested s/he posted it up in the OOC to see if anyone else had thoughts, notions, possible connection ideas or alternatives to the idea just to see what we get. Mostly helps keep the OOC active and also, if you find any pictures or images that you all like to share, feel free to post them here so we all can see, comment and awe about it. You never know what type of conversation you’ll end up with over the oddest picture. XD Trust me, I know a few OOCs that it has turned into a gif war which was funny as heck to watch and even join in. :P

Tomás and his crew of 1007th Hunters were just ambushed just southwest of Salt Lake City. My next post will begin shortly after Tomás comes to, evaluating the new situation, and going deeper into the Oquirrh Mountains. Clearly, if Tomás and the others are alive and being held captive they would attempt to break free in whatever ways they can -- but perhaps this will bring them close to the city as well. Let me know if anyone is interested in being involved, but please, please, please don't steer the entire force to make a connection. If it isn't natural, it isn't worth it.

BTW: Should we re-open recruiting? Several people were initially accepted, but no offence to Prosser, few have followed through. If it were me I would not consider anyone who hasn't made an application and posted a member, and that puts us at just barely 4-5 people and not as much activity.

I understand that and that's not what I meant. Of course the aim is for it to be natural but there is no reason those in the OOC can't attempt to plot a way to make it happen within reason. That's what the OOC is for. To tell about our PCs personalities, create a believable scene and reason IC that would make bring our pcs together or influence interaction To make it either funny as hell or improve relationships. However I will note your preference but keep in mind if I see an opportunity then I will take it. Abbie's met Simon briefly and though she doesn't know much about him, she understands being a sibling as she had twin brothers (little identical nightmares!).

Apoc is usually always open and always recruiting though it might not feel like it. However it might be ideal to make a new interest check and put it up to gain more folks. I'll also edit the Cs area to reflect the IC and ensure that only those who make CSes and post are placed then. Since the Guild was down for a bit I didn't get much done and will remedy that later tonight, cracking down and getting things done. Right now with Aweena and FF missing we're down 2 people so it's more like 3.

It's just an idea since I didn't position my group in any specific area in Salt Lake City yet. I'm just trying to pitch some ideas here.

I'm fine with Proser's little suggestion of being introduced to the group by some form of coincidence. Which could tie into something that's sorta referenced on the collab at the moment.

If anyone's read I was inspired a bit by the core idea of that book, which is a post-apocalypse where the survivors the story followed are artists trying to keep culture alive. In the book, there's a travelling group of survivors who travel the wastes performing music, theatre etc. to keep culture alive among what of humanity is left, and I was wondering what people would think of incorporating a similarly-themed group into my character's backstory, you know, travelling from settlement to settlement, entertaining survivors, lending some help with various tasks (maybe they've got medics to help with sick and injured, people good with weapons to hunt down zombies, etc.) to earn their keep where they put up their feet. Why not have Coltrane and Abbie split up? Abbie can bring in Tearstone's character, as well as an infect intro. And Coltrane can meet Jazzy's PCs allowing them to be attracted by the attack, thus bring in the help to save Abbie and Tear's character? In addition that might allow Proser's, as soon as a CS is put up, a spot to leap in too. I still want to play out that infected idea we came up and this might be the way to enter it for everyone to get involved.
