"We're taking on water!"

"We've been struck on the side of the hull!"

Were just a few of the frantic screams. The weather was a thunderstorm, and some beast from the water had begun attacking. You were sailing from Analand across the Khakabad sea by orders of the king. Nearly a month you've been sailing, and it seems to all be for naught. But then, a select few saw a glimmer of light, and heard something- an indescribable noise, and then fell limp.

"All hands abandon ship! All hands aba-"

And then nothing. Everything was quiet. The few who heard the noise and saw the light awoke and saw shore, and began to swim.

(As ???)

"Eye." he whispered, as they held up a diamond. A vision came through the diamond, and he saw the beach where a few people managed to swim to. His rage boiled up. He was promised nobody was to survive. "You," He said, referring to one of it's servants. "You said they'd all die! But look at them! They're here!" The spell faded away.

"I-I'm sorry, Master," The servant said. "I-I'll kill them soon, i promise!"

"You'd better, or i'll have your head instead!" He turned away. "I would kill them myself, but my research is nearly complete. I must stay here as much as possible to make sure i know what it is. Leaving now means i have to start all over!" The figure turned back to his servant. "You MUST kill them now! They will jeopardize everything i have set out to do!"

"I will kill them!" The servant said. "Have faith in me!"

"Faith?" He laughed. "What faith i have left in you is tiny. Any more slip-ups and you will cease to be. Understood?"

"Y-Yes, yes i understand."

"Then why do you still stand before me? Obliterate them before its too late!"

"Yes, master. I will go now." The servant backed timidly, yet quickly out of the room.

"May my luck be better than his..." He remarked. He then went back to his work.

Everyone begins at 10/20 stamina, and on the beach of a new land, with no memory of the shipwreck aside from the noise you heard, and the fact that you were shipwrecked.

Roe gasped, the salt water burning her throat, eyes and lungs alike. She blinked rapidly, her finger tips rubbing at her eyes trying to rid it of the sharp pain they were enduring. She had barely energy to sit up, but she did- slowly and steadily. What had happened? Her memory ran blank besides the sound of something Roe had never heard before. As her vision came to, she panned across the beach. "Hello!? she exclaimed, her voice raspy as she coughed, she couldn't see any trace of her crew besides the wreckage of ship scattered in the water and on the beach.

Gathering enough strength Roe got onto her knees and hoisted herself up on to her legs. She felt like a newborn deer, stumbling over her own slender legs. She began walking slowly along the shoreline looking for the rest of the group.

The first thing En'en did when she awoke was search for her books and papers which were all waterlogged in the bag that was slung over her body. She groaned in annoyance and sat up, taking a moment to look around with bleary eyes. She heard someone yell and was suddenly aware of the pounding headache and the cut she wore on her brow.

"Oh would you stop your yelling." She called back, balance off as she wobbled to a stand. Everything hurt and begged her to stay seated.

It became apparent what had happened, they were shipwrecked. How many had lived was definitely lower than those that died, she assumed, as she looked at their destroyed ship-or what was left of it.

With a gasp she reached in her satchel and, with relief, found her eye glass that was relatively undamaged in its wooden case save for being a bit damp. She put it on the bridge of her nose and looked around once more before spotting the elf woman.

The sand on the beach is unusually white here. Dawn is approaching, so it'll probably get hot soon. There is a forest inland with trees unknown to Analand. There are a few rocks scattered here and there along the beach. Some parts of the ship managed to make it ashore.

Conan groaned and automatically reached for his pounding head. His body ached but he was definitely still breathing which he supposed was a fair tradeoff. Alive and in pain beat dead at the bottom of the ocean any day in his humble opinion. His slowly brought himself to his feet and scanned the area around him with blurred eyes as the memories came back to him. That was right, he and the company were on a ship and judging by the fact that he was no longer on said ship, that didn't work out so well.

"Roland! Jeanne!" He called to his commanders, his vision finally cleared as the beach he was standing on finally came into view. No response from either Roland or Jeanne. He had to find them or any other survivors first. After that he figure out what to do next.. A gleam caught his eyes further away from him in the sand and grinned, trudging his way over to the source he found his sword buried amidst the sand. He started to yank the sword from the sand despite his muscle screaming at him not to. It didn't matter to him in the slightest though, the pain was at the back of his mind. Eventually the blade came free and he grinned wiping his sand from the blade. He wasn't sure if he would need to use it but he felt more comfortable having it with him. Now that he was armed again he set off looking for other survivors.

"i-im.... alive...?" Isari lays on the warm sands, slowly opening her eyes. "Im alive!" She shouts with a smile as she tries to stand, yet her arm seems to have been injured. She sigh's as she struggles to stand, but eventually meets her goal. "What a day.. haha i could really use a drink!" Isari reaches for her bag with her good arm to grab a bottle of rum she had brought along on her trip but soon notices its missing. "Eh? i wonder if anyone's seen it.. oh!" She sees a man struggling to free a weapon from the endless waves of sand with all his force. As he completes his task she smiles and runs over to him. "You! Yes, you! Are you busy at all?" She says with a grin. "Oh what am i saying, its not like you have some place to be, right?" She laughs and slaps her knee quite pleased with her joke, but cringes as she notices she used her bad arm. She rolls up her sleeve and notices its a bit bruised. "Hehe... Ouch. Hey, you seem like the dependable type. Care to help me out?"

Annoyed, En'en shook the sand out of her tunic and hair, muttering all the while. She squinted, taking in her surroundings to see an elf not far off and two figures in the distance. Things could be worse, she supposed. With a huff, she set off after the two figures, as she could hear voices from where she was.

"Oi! You two there!" She called out. It seemed the list of survivors was small but it was best to stay in a group until they had their bearings. This was such a nuisance.

"Yes, the two of you! Where in the lands are we?" En'en put her hands on her hips as she neared the two people. Neither seemed of any high stature or intelligence, at least in her own opinion.
