Laius will be too busy running his country. He's got a lot of stuff to do... Like the queen. Rebuild the infrastructure to ensure a steady economy, the queen again, make the military the most feared force in the world, the queen a third time, start up a mages college to bring more people to Plegia and prove they're more than barbarians, the queen once more.

It's a very important list.
