Assassin also believes that one must be superior to others in order to rule and to rule is to be tyrant. She is also willing to back stab and betray her allies if it means getting ahead.

A giant floating fortress which can be used as a base as it can carry thousands of soldiers. Unlike other Noble Phantasm's which simply require prana to manifest, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon requires real world materials from where Assassin once lived which is in some ruins near Baghdad, Iraq. This is due to the fact that she herself had nothing to do with the building of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon but through legends and myths, has become associated with it. Thus her Noble Phantasm can be said to be a counterfeit turned into the real deal.
This Noble Phantasm is a floating weapon that can travel in the air slowly. The only way to reach it is to either use flying mounts or airplanes. While in the Hanging Gardens of Babylon all her paramenters are increased and attacks are revises in her favor. Her magecraft start to reach into the realm of Magic as she can fire EX-ranked blasts which are able to overwhelm A-rank Magic resistance. She can also easily create three thousand dragon tooth warriors easily. That being said, if she were to leave, Assassin would be rendered nearly powerless.
