Bro don't worry, that wasn't anything close to spamming, especially since it was important and actually meant something. Your arguments were very rational as well. You're part of the family now so don't feel hesitant in voicing out if you feel like it. I'd rather you argue and debate something that I might be wrong about than feel forced to do something else.

edit: Also have a laptop finally, picking it up later today. Things will go a lot smoother now that I don't have to post from my phone :)

It's a little slow due to the holidays. Sage and I have been hanging out a lot due to high school break, but expect to see some activity from the both of us in the coming days.

I've read multiple cases of people "sensing large amounts of spirit" or something similar. How does that work? So anyone with a kage can just be tracked down, no matter where they are?

Recharging spirit: Just sleep/rest? Time spent relaxing?

Spirit sensing is common in most kages, but not to the same degrees. For example, Jin (Ishigo's kage) and Castiel (Arianna's kage) are extremely well sensors. While Jin can sense spirit due to his natural watchful nature, he can only sense small disturbances (meaning someone using/expending spirit) in an area of about.... three hundred feet? However, Castiel, who is a telepath, can sense spirits much farther away.

Most kages can sense at least like within a few rooms of the same building. On average, however, most people can intentionally "suppress" their spirit, or have their kage lay dormant so as to not be sensed, unless their is a kage that is actually adept at it. I wouldn't consider your character's kage as a sensor, so I would recommend giving him basic sensory abilities.

As for replenishing spirit, yes, you are correct. Rest/recovery. A good night's meal/sleep is the best way. Also, keep in mind that the more the physical body is damaged, the slower the spirit recharges.

Also, yes, you can increase total spirit by training or constantly pushing your limits, but remember that it is very possible to hit stasis (spiritual coma).

Ok. The info on spirit helps a ton for B's backstory. I wanted to have her train and push the limits of spirit (It's what she did with her body as a gymnast,) but I didn't really know the effects it would have. I'm going to write a whole timetable of B's time at Sovereign including her training, which she can only seriously do during safe times at Sovereign.

It'll be nice to have a project that doesn't *require* constantly checking the website. Also I got a new laptop! No longer doing this from my phone :)

You could always just absorb the spirit off defeated Kages. But that's not how most of us roll, now is it?
