Full Name: Patricia Cole Tetra-Lira the 3rd

Appearance: She is wearing her casual outfit, since it is most comfortable; a blue t-shirt with words on it classified as 'One's soul has many different paths.' She wears her favorite color of special made shorts, rainbow colored that are also glittery to a point; these shorts are a mix between leather and matte finish, though it looks more like dragon scales even though it is not. As well, she wears greenish hiking boots /w a steel-toed brace on it. She has Blue eyes, with blond hair in a straight hairstyle, it goes to her lower back, and it easily does not tangle with her Pulsar Draconian Wings that are growing out of her back in human form; that are 3 ft in length. Her skin color is white and she wears a white bra and green panties. She is about 5'11" since that is how tall she is. She also wears a very nice necklace that was given to her by mother called the Pulsar Dragon Necklace, the only way truly unlock her 'draconian' form. This is the only outfit she wears now days since she is lost without her family, though she has been keeping good care of these clothes ever since she appeared in the outer land, she's a slight magic user mainly for 'upkeep' purposes for her clothes. She is wearing a cloak made of pulsar dragon scales, which covers her entire body from the elements, though it allows her blue eyes, and blond hair to be seen clearly, since those are unique, mainly to her and the cloak usually shines to increase their attractiveness. The Cloak of Pulsar Dragons has healing properties to lessen the pain of her gash on her right leg from her ankle to her knee, it allows her to not slowly wane off medication and her favorite alcoholic beverage, and the Illogical Serum since it is both a painkiller and alcoholic beverage. The cloak also has words in an ancient language called 'Winds of the Shining Scales guide you to the truth of all things, the destruction isn't your fault but within one's soul is the answers you seek' but it is gibberish to all non-Pulsar Dragons, it looks like a completely different language than English for instance. This cloak was given to her on her 14th year old birthday.
Accessory: The Pulsar Dragon Necklace - This shines in a rainbow color as much as all Pulsar Dragons, only true Pulsar Dragons can use this necklace, it also looks like it is glittery in the distance, and it is a pendant-based necklace. It has a rainbow colored jewel called the 'Pulsing Radiance.' The Necklace chains morphed from Pulsar Dragon Scales to hold the Pulsing Radiance jewel, it is in a unique design of a grand royal necklace akin to the Regal Aurora Borealis Crystal Necklace. The Pulsing Radiance is the primary jewel on the necklace though there are small Zircon birthstones all over the necklace since her birthday is in December.
Dragon Species: Pulsar Dragon - The pulsar dragons have rainbow colored draconian scales and their draconian wingspan are close to an Ancient Dragon's Wingspan. The Crossbreeds of Pulsar Dragons and humans usually have their draconian wings in a smaller form than the actual draconian transformation; at least 3 ft is the maximum length of the draconian wings on a human body. The Pulsar Dragon is locked between a walls classified as the 'Pulsar Dragon Necklace' since their powers are locked as long as in human form. The Draconian Transformation usually keeps the person's name but usually shortens it.
Dragon Mark: Outer Land, around her left legs hip.
Bio: She is a transfer student from another school, that had a biased in keeping in the human form or they would be expelled by the Headmaster of the School. Patricia was a part of an Outcast Group of Dragons in her last school mainly because her lack of caring for the system in that school since it was 'involving' experimental tests on her by the Science Class, since she is slightly different to all the other dragons on the planet. The Headmaster of her old school cataloged her tests in terms of how much pain she can handle since he was a cruel master in that school, this school was in the Outer Land, far beyond where the American Dragon Academy is. However, she did have an old injury on her right leg classified as a huge gash from her ankle to her knee; this gash has caused her a lot of pain. The Headmaster from her old school before she transferred to American Dragon Academy healed her injury somewhat by making it less noticeable by first glance but she is still in pain constantly, so she just smiles and looks slightly uncomfortable.

Name: Patty (Patricia C. Tetra-Lira the 3rd)
Age: 12,000 - The youngest of all Pulsar Dragons (18 years old in human = 12,000 years old)
Power: Holy/Wind - Primarily a Healing Dragon with its cone shape breath for its breath, for its wings can cause a wind gust of 65 miles per hour.
Appearance: Pulsar Dragons age rapidly compared to all other kinds of dragons, they are fully adult at only when their human form is 13 years old; the Pulsar Dragon is completely covered by rainbow colored scales all over their body. The wingspan of this dragon is at 200 ft, it takes about 150,000 years to become a Grand Ancient Dragon, which equals close to 45 years old in their human form. Pulsar Dragons have eye colors to their human form, aka blue since they are from a family chain that lasted a long time. The Pulsar Dragons scales usually go through a cycle of constant 'change' mainly changing colors rapidly but not too rapidly to cause 'epileptic seizures' but this only for the draconian form and not the Human form. The Pulsar Dragon's wingspans do not get any larger when they hit full adult so they are stuck at 200 ft wingspan. The Pulsar Dragon is slightly more defensive than offensive in terms of its stance it usually takes; it usually lies down on the ground to soak in the sun on its scales, it usually blinds people looking directly at the Pulsar Dragon. The Pulsar Dragon's form is locked unless the person with the Pulsar Dragon Necklace says something in a different language that is hard to understand.

Tetra-Lira the 3rd, she likes to make new friends but the draconian transformation grows without any input from the human form of Patricia, independent that have a symbiosis relationship, mainly as long as the human takes care of themselves the dragon form is in perfect condition. The Pulsar Dragon's do not gain injuries from their human selves and it goes the same if the dragon is injured the human does not get injuries from their dragon selves. Therefore, this is the only way Patricia C. Tetra-Lira the 3rd can escape her pain and suffering from that massive pain in her right leg, aka that gash in her human form; but she is told not to use her dragon form unless it is required akin if she was invited to a 'dragon party' or a 'joined a school that requires you to use your draconian form.'
