1. He can destroy these targets, yes, however the matter of which it happens depends on what biological, or basic structure they are made of, therefore a house may crumble and a human will fall at the hands of maybe another, for example.

(Regarding the mental point, whilst initially I didn't think of having him control the domain of mental destruction, but considering that mental destruction is literally within his domain, it wouldn't be beyond him. It may also be a cause to madness without being directly under madness' influence.)

2. No, he will not. He would be born from the reactions after man was created, considering he needs the Holy Regelian Empire to exist, since he was born from the first conflict between the Empire and another foe, a conflict which brought great ruin to the entire empire and put the once great spires into ruined depictions of their former selves.

I had thought humans were made, well at least their protoforms without knowledge.
They are like any other creature so far until the Goddess of Wisdom blessed them with knowledge?

If humans are made, I may be able to do my desired post...

Right, this brings me onto another question, the lore you've provided in your CS. Is it what the humans will write about your God in the future, or a backstory to your God? I really discourage a "This is what they'll write about me" approach, since you're playing in a very unpredictable RP here, and the group dynamics and decisions can and will change at any time, and so your grand vision may or may not be fulfilled.

As far as I could understand, no one created humans yet, or at least publically said that they created one. So, work on that, everybody.

No, Finnos did create humans. Birds were just the ones actually named out of the animals he created. he paired off the microorganisms after forming them into tons of different species, then spread that about the earth. Lastly he made man and asked Cyrilla to give them wisdom.

Pretty sure then Cyrilla did just make an intelligent being.

So... I presume you need humans for that. As for Cyrilla, she gave the gift of knowledge to... Everyone? Which is currently flying creatures ("birds") and microorganisms.

The Requiem of Independence, and the little bit of which I spoke about his initial descendance upon the Earth are described from his own point of view. Granted, the Requiem of Independence was technically written by Rydlyr. But I don't think that part will be too worrysome, considering that it only involves two characters.

But no, that which is written is not how humans will describe him, they chose to describe him however they want, fearful, evil, whichever they chose.
