It's well known that people make wishes all the time. To stars, to eyelashes, to dandelions, to 11:11. But what happens to that wish? Where does it go? What happens to it?
This is the story of those wishes. When a wish is made, it is sent up to a 'Wishing Agent' Or a W Agent as they like to be called and they set to work making that wish come true. Sometimes the mission fails and the wish never comes true but most of the time the agents are pretty good at what they do.
Your character is one of these agents. Sometimes, the agents will team up and get wishes together from the agency, and other times they choose to get them alone.
The only powers the agents get are the ability to teleport into the realm of the living and back into the realm of the dead because in truth each agent is someone who has died and sometimes the wish they get can be from someone they knew before. Each agent is given a human 'skin', as they call it, to wear (They possess someone.) when they teleport in.
Some time ago (Each character will be at least a little experienced with their missions.) your character died and found themselves in some sort of misty terrain that the people around them called "The Underworld". They are convinced they're in hell, but it doesn't quite look the way they expected. It's not exactly sunshine and daisies, but it's pleasant and nice. The people are kind for the most part and they find themselves being ushered to a place these people call the Agency. Your character meets the Boss and are assigned their first mission with one of the mentors.
When they return, they are release unto the world. Each mission earns you points and allows you to obtain a better quality of life in The Underworld. They find that the other people there, like themselves, aren't always as kind as the people they met before but much like the real world, there are kind people as well.
They eventually even come to find out that there are a group of these people that have broken away from the agency and are working against the agency, trying to make things worse for the others. Why they do this is unknown for now.

In this RP, you can either be from the Agency or the (creatively named) 'Anti'-Agency. All other characters will be played as NPCs as needed.

### Rules
#
(PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, READ THESE. I DON'T WRITE THEM BECAUSE I LIKE TO.)
1. Save the drama for your momma. Drama stays out of my OOC. End of discussion. (Save the drama for the IC, that's where it belongs anyway.)
2. One character per person.
3. One major plotline at a time. That being said, please use your best judgement. If I see someone trying to push their plotline when it is unnecessary, I will PM you and ask you to back off for the time being. There will be time to develop everyone's character. Please keep the best interests of the RP as a whole in mind, not just your character.
4. If posting gets too fast, I will implement rules. For now, there is no rule. Just use common sense. If you think you're leaving someone behind, chill out and go do something else. If that person doesn't post within the next two days, feel free to post and let their character fall into the background for the time being.
5. If a character has been left untouched for an excessive amount of time, I will consider taking them out of the RP. I will, of course, PM you before doing so but know that if I do not get a PM back within a week or two, I will consider going on without you. There will _always_ be a chance for you to put your character back in, don't worry. :)
6. The usual rules of RPG apply. No meta-gaming, keep it pg-13, fade to black, all that good stuff. If I see something that catches my eye, I'll PM you about it and ask you to edit what you've posted.
7. HAVE FUN! You're not here to go to work, you're here to have fun. My motto, for RPing specifically, is, 'If it's not fun, don't do it.'

### A Bit More on the Agencies
**The Agency**
Older than it's sister agency, The Agency was created long ago, so long ago in fact no one can tell you by whom. It's mission is to grant as many wishes as possible and therein allow the recently deceased passage into Heaven which is what the agents are all working towards whether they know it or not.
**The Anti-Agency**
The Anti-Agency was started by a group not long after the creation of the first agency. It's mission, unlike The Agency, is to halt as many agents as possible and turn them to their cause, which is creating havoc and disruption in the Overworld. These people are usually your criminals and crooks. They are often sent out on missions to stop W Agents from completing their mission.
**Overall**
When an agent of either side is killed while in the Overworld, they are simply sent back to the Underworld. However, because they lost a 'Skin' they are demoted by one whole class. If they are Low class, they are sent to the 'Destitute' class which is the lowest you can go and is where you are sent out to live on your own in the spooky woods of the Underworld. It is very hard to get out of this class as most people who are put into it never make it back to the Agency.
People in the underworld, however, cannot die. They can, however, feel pain but the wounds they receive immediately heal.
