Name:Willard "Will" Masters III Alias: Ferrous ( ( However he rarely uses it. )) Age: 24 Gender: Male Skills/Powers: He can manipulate Ferrous metals "Iron metal's" with his control over magnetic fields. He can float in the air if there is a lot of metals for him to fly off. He can use his magnet fields to manipulate his gadgets. Master Manipulator: It is not a super power however he seems to know how to manipulate the weak of mind to his side just by talking to them and offering their hearts desire. Decent fighter: He has no super strength but he clearly has been trained to fight by someone. Inventor: He learned to build things that he needed to help himself and others. He has three major gadgets: His necklace that controls his powers while in public, a watch communicator, and his armbands that show how much power he has left. Equipment (Doesn’t have to be weapons):He does not have any but he does seem to have a few iron bullets that he uses to fight. He wears a metal mask to block his face. Personality: He is always looking out for number one. He has to or he would get eaten by the dogs of his station. He is polite and rather kind when he needs to. Will is always trying to keep his plans going. He walks the line of good and evil. However he is still a hero. Just a lost one. Weakness: A lack of iron like metals. With out iron he is useless. So modern skyscrapers are difficult for him to manipulate. He also loses his temper quickly. Hero or Villain: Hero ((Anti Hero)) History: Will was born to a pair of society loving parents. The Masters had lived in the upper East side for years and had made their money in Iron and steel. They cared more for parties than their own son, so Will was raised by nannies or his grandfather. The old patriarch seemed to have taken a liking to the boy, since he reminded of the old man of himself. The boy was cold and intelligent. Far more than his father. He taught Will most of his values such as people are to be used for your own use. Never as friends. When Jake was twenty his grandfather died of a heart attack. His family expected that Will's father would be named the heir. However the Will of Thomas Masters named his twenty year old grandson the sole heir and appointed his butler as guardian of the boy's fortune. Will was given everything and it pissed his parents off. They cut ties with him but the butler stepped in as the boy's friend and surrogate family. The old butler Reynolds taught Will the other lessons, such as fighting and how to manipulate others. When Will was fourteen, he began to notice metal acted strange around him. It began to jump and shake. Now that he was twenty-four years old, he could better control his powers and use them to right the wrongs his Grandfather had told him whilst on his death bed. And as much as he was disgusted, he liked it. Over the months he and what would be named Vice became close, their bond being one of trust and survival. While they may bicker and argue, they always agree on one thing: their lives will go on, no matter who Jack must kill. While he may fight for good, consuming the enemy seems to be frowned upon. One must do what they can to survive. Appearance: Jack is about 6'2", with black hair that he keeps short and spiked slightly in the front. His eyes are a neon green color. His face is sharp and angled, handsome features and a tan complexion. His body is toned and very fit, although on the slightly lean side. You'll generally catch him in a white hoodie and jeans, with high top sneakers. As Vice, he appears to be wearing a white costume similar to Spider-man's own. However, the body is silver/white, with a blood red spider whose legs cross over either shoulder, meeting in a similar symbol on the back as well. He chooses when to expose his mouth, a gaping maw of straight and serrated teeth that curl very slightly back, as well as a serpentine you fur that flits and hangs from the mouth, dripping with red saliva. Name: Umi Waru Alias: Nightmare Age: 15 Gender: Female Skills/Powers: Umi has the power to create the illusions of ones worst fear. The illusion is only present to the target and is extremely realistic. Equipment: A pair of very warm black gloves, a necklace with a clock pendant Personality: Umi seems extremely timid and doesn't like people in general. She doesn't strive for social activity. However she can be quite strange, violent and neurotic. She enjoys causing evil from the shadows. She loves books and tea. Weakness: Umi is afraid of almost everything. She puts on a front and so she seems like she's just timid but human contact in an unusual environment will shut her down. Other than that she may not be the weakest but she isn't the strongest and is overall average. Hero/Villain: Villain History: Umi grew up in an average family. However due to being unable to control her power and her cripple img fear, Umi was a burden to her family. She couldn't focus in school out of fear of other people. Gender: male Skills/Powers: psionic Ethereal is a high class psionic, able to manipulate the mindes of thouse around him to his whim, limited only by his creativity and his opponents will. This allows for anything from psionic bolts (the weakest) to illusions, phantom Paine to strength boosts, minde controls to instant death (must be a extremely gap between ethereals will and his opponents), and also teleceneses. Equipment (Doesn’t have to be weapons): a psionic dampening helmet and a blood red robe. Personality: he is very cautios and keeps to him self. Weakness: his phisical strength is non existent. If his dampener is removed, he will most likely die form his brain frying its self. Also his powers are limited by the will of his targets, as thoughs who strongly believe in their reality canot be affected by his. He also canot say more then two words at a time. History: ethereal dose not know who he truly is. All he knows is that he was a subject for the culling progect, which was attempting to creat spies able to remove secrets from the flimsy cages that are the mind. he was one of many test subjects who where tested for culling, but mooing the few that tested positive for augmention. Among the hundred or so subjects, moste of them died from overloading, and others where two weak. However by the time that ethereal was augmented, a psionic dampening helmet was created. As he left the augmenting room, they slammed the helmet on, keeping him alive, making him the first successful test subject. This earned him the number s1 and the code name ethereal, however it costed his memories. To make things worse, they soon discovered that his powers cause echos in his mind, disallowing him to speak. Hero or Villain: Villain History: When she was born, Cal had weird powers. Her parents were too kind to give her away. At the age of eight, her powers began to get stronger, and she ended up killing her mother by accident. She thought she'd killed her little sister too, and she didn't. Her father cast her away to the harsh streets. She joined a gang of teens who were interested in not her but her powers. After six more years of staying with them, she killed them all and took their things, going out into the world on her own. Very destructive and dangerous Hero or Villain: Villain History: Hershel grew up in a very small town some know as Fey, growing up he was never really attached to anyone. His parents loved that he excelled in school but he was endlessly bored. Each lesson boring on and on and on. Until high school, his freshman year he met, at the time he thought, the love of his life. They spent every day together and he was euphoric, every minute with her. But then she was taken away from him, from the rest of his high school career he was bitter and didn't interact with anyone. He did it, but he breezed through all of his classes, so he dropped, thinking it would be useful. Name: Roku Takumi Alias: Kuroi Age: 24 Gender: Male Skills: Master of Kenjutsu (the art of the Katana and Wakizashi), Blackbelt in shotokan karate, Master of traditional Zui Quan (Drunken fist), Extensive training with the Shaolin monks, Powers: Healing Factor (not as good as wolverines but still effective in combat), Advanced motor function, enhanced strength and speed. Equipment (Doesn’t have to be weapons): A Katana and Wakizashi made from an alloy that is secret to the Japanese government. Its a bit more durable than titanium. Personality: Reserved, quiet, when he does speak he's very soft spoken, his attitude towards people is often hard to read but truth be told he can be a ruthless killer when he needs to. Weakness: Pain, everything still hurts him as much as it normally would which can be devastating in battle... Think about getting punched by someone with super strength...yeah he would heal rapidly... That doesn't keep him from going unconscious from the pain. Hero or Villain: Hero History: Roku wasn't born, Roku was made. Wolverine had become well known amongst the governments of the world as weapon X, Japan in secret sought to make a superior form of the weapon X, Code name: Roku. Roku was given the ability to heal and survive practically anything, however in his creation he was finished growing in a machine at what would be considered about 12 for a normal boy, he already knew how to speak and do most things thanks to the machine. After a few weeks of testing he was submitted for training, over the next 16 long grueling years he was trained traditionally in all the art styles that he now knows, he was trained by masters who loved and cared for the boy, but Roku was constantly reminded by the government that he was property, telling him that the only reason he was allowed to train with his masters was because that's what the government wanted for him. Often they would come to oversee his progress and slowly but surely with time Roku began to despise them. Then when the time came and his masters had nothing left to teach him, The people who supposedly owned him came to retrieve him and for fear of seeing the men who raised him slain, Roku went with them peaceably. They tested him without pause and he passed everything they could throw at him. Roku obeyed every order without fail and it would have continued in that way if they hadn't given him an order that was directly against the mans honorable lifestyle... They had ordered the death and destruction of a small village to the south that had discovered the mining operation in which Roku's swords were created, the order was to slaughter every single person, man, woman and child. Roku went to the village alone and then without a word cut the tracker out of his stomach and took off. Roku would then flee the country and run to america where he attempted to live a normal life as an immigrant, on the streets of new York, however he started a heroing career when he witnessed a mugging and no one lifted a finger to do anything. Roku snapped the mans arm in three places and threatened to end his miserable life. It was then that Roku took up work as a Hero/Bounty hunter. Appearance:  Other: Roku has solid black eyes and because of this he wears contacts to make him look normal, other than that he hopes that new York can stand "**united**" against all foes.
