Outlanders wouldn't know the term. It would be as opaque as telling them he's an Urshilaku, so what's the point?

But the Velothi are proud people. To hell with the Outlanders! That and I really don't want to go retcon a CS.

That's true. I don't feel like changing my CS either, but I'll remember to use the term at least once during the roleplay. Speaking of which, I'm currently at work, so I don't really have to time to write a post (how I managed to scrape my CS together is actually beyond me). I'll write up a post tonight. What would be a good place for Narzul to start? From skimming the last few pages, it looks like the Dovahfeyn are busy interrogating the Snow Elf, so throwing another newcomer into that mix might not be a good idea.

Just throwing an idea; you were always there but as a Veloth you are just too damn proud to talk to these Outlanders.

You could appear in the morning if you wish, or wait at Kynesgrove? You could also band up with the group still at Irvastead. Dealers choice, really. Or. If you want, you could team up with my Dunmer; Evos?

You could be wandering in Kynesgrove? There is a certain Khajiit in the inn unintentionally awaiting the party's arrival. Fun fact is he is being hunted by the Morag Tong, so one such as Narzul would evoke and interesting reaction from him I'm sure. But of course dealer's choice :)

Narzul is certainly aloof, but I was hoping to have some interaction with the other characters. Having him as a mute background ghoul hovering in the middle distance isn't exactly what I had in mind. ;)

Well, Evos is on his way to Kynesgrove, via the north on his way from the shrine of Azura, he'll get there before DovahFeyn do, and it offers some interaction. It could also tie into lord pies point. two Dunmer showing up, one heavily armoured and the other a mage, that will certainly spark an interesting reaction, as Lord said :P

That sounds good to me. It wouldn't be far-fetched at all for two Dunmer to meet on the road near the Shrine of Azura. It's time for me to head home now, I'll take a look at what you've written and concoct something of my own. Then we can meet Lord Pie's anxious Khajiit in Kynesgrove.

Yeah that's the plan Lord pie ^.^ Also, Black. Whats the point of going to Whiterun? It's in the opposite direction? You'll never make it in a day either. That's, at the very least a 4-5 day journey.

To begin with, my characters have no clue about the dragon burial mound which is about to be visited by Alduin(the one in Kynesgrove). Second, they don't even know where Dovahfeyn are at the moment, so having Thorin, Lugdush and Scatha going to Kynesgrove based on nothing they know would be meta-gaming. Thorin is only proposing what he thinks is possible. Not even Scatha knows very much about the burial mounds, despite being an alchemist. When all three leave Whiterun, they may head east first, assuming that it's more likely to find the dragon slayers there.

I would agree that a day from Ivarstead to Whiterun is much too quick, though. Fixed it to seven. ;)

I should have my Evos post up either tonight or tomorrow night. Other than that, has anyone got a post in the works?

Typed out my whole CS, pushed backspace while proofreading, and the browser went back a page, losing it all. Time to restart, though I'll be saving in sections. Edit: I finished it. Any questions/comments?

I must say, as a Co-Gm, the age is actually quite young. 32 for an Altmer is fairly adolescent, and not to mention far too young to have mastered Ancient spells such a Mark & Recall. They are fine to have, with use of realism and moderation of common sense, but really the thing is age. Telvanni mages work for decades to learn and properly use those Master Level Spells, so one such as Val would need quite a few decades under his belt as well. As I said, 32 is still fairly adolescent in many ways, Altmer mature first because of their people's ways, but even at that young an age it wouldn't be a very feasible option.
