As the ship sped through the the warp, noble scions of Scintillan prepared for yet another easy, low risk battlefield assignment. Not one of the pampered men and women aboard could anticipate just how wrong they were._ This is a Warhammer 40k RP in which you are all guardsmen of the recently created Scintillan Fusiliers 25th regiment. If you have never heard of the scintillan Fusiliers please research it just enough to get the gist of the regiment. Now to explain the story. Your regiment was formed less than one Terran year ago. Being the sons and daughters of the capital planet Scintillan's nobility the few war zones you have been to have been the same most Scintillan regiments are deployed to, simple low risk mop ups, quick and simple engagements that end with minimal casualties. Though your training was superb (though rather standard and orthodox) you have never been deployed anywhere truly challenging or dangerous, and your most likely very happy about that. Now your regiment is on its way to another routine mop up operation. The Tau hold the planet, but it's forces have been severely depleted due to their forces being redeployed to more essential theatres of war, and your on your way to take it from the tau skeleton crew holding it. As a noble's daughter or son you probably didn't join out of a "duty to the emperor" Keep that in mind. Maybe your here to rebel against your parents wishes. Maybe your low on the inheritance ladder and need a way to set yourself up as a comfortable administration desk officer. Or maybe you want to earn prestige as an officer. It's up to you Equipment:You all have a Lascarbine, Laspistol and knife. One of you can have one extra weapon, one of you can have medical gear,one can have a vox and one of you can replace your Lascarbine with a chainsword (if one of you wishes to be a sergeant, though if you wish you can be a sergeant with a standard lascarbine instead). @gowia All is good except for you lascarbine. Replace with an ornate M36 Lasgun. The carbine is beneath your regiment so you aren't armed standard with one

@Drunken Conquistador You did your gear way wrong bud. Look at Gowia's CS and do your gear like his. For instance with gear though I haven't explicitly stated it you get the ornate guardsmen flak armor and Scintillan Fusiliers uniform just like Gowia has. You also have to select other gear like a Lasgun OR a chainsword. Also misc stuff like holy symbols, rucksacks (which anyone can have EXCEPT a vox operator), maintenance kits, ammo bandoliers, grenades and other explosives, comfort items and that stuff. Just know, if you don't list it you don't got it

Sounds fine to me. I assume we can just make up other squad mates since there is like 10 to a squad. Perhaps just a list at the top of the OOC so we have names to use? Including our own of course...since I believe we are lacking a medic, vox and heavy weapons. EDIT: In fact I will take the Vox, as Corporal.
