Jackie clenched her jaw and stood, she walked in front of the others and put on a delicate smile. "Hi, my name is Jackie, and I change things. She looked around for an object and smiled when she found a small twig, in the blink of an eye the twig grew into a large pine tree. "And, I don't really do that many sports, but I do have a knack for basketball." She shrugged and claimed her seat once again.

Autumn stood and glanced around the camp fire. Her hands raised and she began to sign, Alison translating aloud for those who don't know sign language. "Hello, my name is Autumn Eirwen. I'm sixteen years of age and my power is healing." Autumn glanced at her sister who grabbed the stick from before and made a small cut on her palm. Autumn walked over and placed her hand above the wound. Her eyes flashed golden and the white light shined from her palm and onto the cut. It slowly began stitching itself back together and soon there was nothing there. Autumn then turned back to the counselors, biting her lip in indecision. After a few seconds she finally made. "I choose dare."

"We dare you to climb the biggest tree you see." The counselors challenged.

David laughed. There's was something fun about all of this. The dragon girl was pretty cool too! THough it seemed she wasn't quite . . . dragonish enough? Well, whatever, it was still cool to see. He snickered at the thought of Autumn climbing a tree. She just so small . . . He decided that he would go next. "Go Autumn," he cheered.

While taking back the cap and putting it back on, Devon made sure to smile at Autumn. "That's a pretty cool power; I bet it comes in handy all the time! Good luck with your dare. Oh, and thanks for holding onto this!" I think I might like it here, the teen thought happily, tail still swishing lightly.

She gulped, looking at her twin in nervousness before looking around trying to spot the tallest tree. She heard David cheer her on and she smiled slightly as she picked out a tree and made her way over to it. Looking up at it she started to doubt her ability to do this. Alison was the athletic one, not her. She was just so small and the tree was, well, big. And tall, can't forget tall. How was she supposed to get up there anyway? She narrowed her eyes. No way was she giving up this easily. even if the prospect of heights made her weak in the knees. Maybe if she got a running start...? Hoping she wasn't about to embarrass herself in front of all these people Autumn backed up a good distance then ran at the tree. She leaped at it, placing one foot against the trunk and propelling herself onto a branch. She left out an "omph" as she landed on her stomach. She blinked in surprise, shocked that that had actually worked. She carefully righted herself, clinging tightly to the trunk as she stood. She kept her gaze firmly upward, not trusting herself to look down. She selected a branch and reached for it, testing to see if it would hold her weight. Using this method she slowly picked her way carefully up the tree. She stopped when she decided she had gone a reasonable distance. Against herself, she looked down to see how far she had gone. Her vision spun and she had to cling tightly to the tree as she became dizzy and weak-kneed. Oh that was a terribly long way down. She had gotten up by some miracle but there was no way she was going to be able to get down. She squeezed her eyes closed, whimpering. Oh why did she have to pick dare?! Alison, concerned for her twin, approached the base of the tree. "Autumn?" She called up to her sister. She didn't respond, having heard Alison's voice from a distance. She felt her grip loosen on the tree, her palms having grown sweaty from fear. She gasped, scrambling to get her grip back. "Autumn?!" Alison called in alarm. She knew she should have stopped this dare when the counselors had announced what it would be. She turned to the others. "We need to get her down before she falls, she terrified of heights!"

Putting just bit of strength in his legs, he jumped up and reached the spot where Autumn was at. He stretched out a hand. "Here," he called out, "just stay calm."

Autumn's eyes popped open upon hearing Davids voice. Wha-..How had he gotten up there so quickly? She glanced at the hand held out to her and gulped. He wanted her to let go of the trunk? But she would fall! She gazed at him with wide eyes, feeling her breath hitch in her throat. She..She couldn't do it! Her eyes squeezed closed again. After a few seconds of taking deeps breaths she opened her eyes again and reached out a shaky hand and grasped David's tightly.

David smiled. All right. Holding her hand firmly but gently and being careful not to overuse his strength, he pulled Autumn towards him and went into free fall. He switched Autumns positioning and carried her bridal style as he fell. David landed on the ground seconds later, looking absolutely unaffected by the height he fell from. He looked down at Autumn, smiling. "You all right?" he asked. Stuff like that usually affected people's nerves. It wouldn't be strange to say she would be a bit off balance.

Autumn's mouth opened in a silent scream as David pulled her towards him then fell backwards out of the three. Her stomach dropped as if she were on a roller coaster. She felt David pull her into his arms and hold her bridal style. They landed on the ground, the fall having felt like it took hours for them to reach the ground when only it had been a few seconds. Autumn lay in David's arms, stunned. When she was lowered to her feet her knees gave out on her and she sank to the ground, trembling and pale. She couldn't tell which one had terrified her more, the being in the tree itself or the fall out of the tree. She just knew she was never ever going to do something like that again. Alison fell to her knees beside her twin, pulling her into her arms.

"Well that was a bit unexpected." the counselors said thoughtfully. "We apologize for scaring her. We were not aware of her fear. It is important for us to know these things. Who would like to go next?"

Luna was now standing up looking at the twins and the guy who saved Autumn. She relaxed when she saw that Autumn was okay and into her sister's arms. So she walked up to the twins, making sure her hoodie was still on her making her face unnoticeable. She said softly, "Are you okay, Autumn?" She felt her stomach turn from how embarrassing she probably was right now. And creepy since no one else meet her or anything. And this was her first time talking to someone since she got here.

David looked concernedly after Autumn. He'd check on her later. Perhaps the drop was a bit much, but he didn't have any better ideas at the time. He may have helped her, but that didn't mean he actually helped - just one of the many lessons he's learned the hard way. Sighing, he shook his head and put on a smile. "Me!
