I have two. one I made as a player controled and one sorta like a limiting force till the story progress..and an antagonist force that go against any anti reaper sentiments.

Well it was more of a super hive, larger than the normal hive ships, though much rarer

yeah I got it. IF you want I can put it down as an official event? that way if people join a said and that side wins they can get a buff? on the topic of buffs... yall want me to give you all the starter buffs for your races? Now on to the topic of hive ships, you already have hive ships that act like the Krall super ship. Unless its weakness/limit is very good I may have to say no.

please do it would be nice to make my idea an event :D And with starter buffs I would like mine to be with something with my peoples vapor abilities, or ability of flight, or our wings with defensive Abilities take I'd that how you will

well we got our first civil war event, That is a plus and Buffs are just like the basic things for the race you are. an example would be Krall having like fear or something due to their tactics. And some are conditional. like the Trillovinum's race not only fighting to keep the fighting from their home word or in the event of a retreat they get a bonus to organized retreat..or something like that...

Then if it's basic ten what about a buff for air to ground attacks since flying and dive bombing the enemy is an effective tactic

Hmm those buffs could be good if handled well. I like your idea for organised retreat in the case things go sideways. There's also another thing, the Federation army is mainly a counter insurgency force and not so much a full scale invasion force. Their job is mainly to deter organised rebellion and not so much fight battles on alien worlds (though they could if they wanted to (probably would be quite outmatched by stronger warlike aliens though.))
