Alright, I've put off working on my sheet for too long now. I am going to actually to get work on it tonight. Thinking of placing it either in the frozen wastes of North America(either around Chicago, New York or Vancouver), the flooded(hopefully) portion of North America(Likely along the Florida or Georgia coast line), or the burning desert in the either the areas of Jordan, Egypt or even South Africa. Not sure which of those places but I do know it is likely to be a very religion based nation which believes that God wanted them to live through the Nuclear Winter and Summer and that the mutations were caused by the Devil.

Somewhat interested in the RP, but Isotope's assertion of the West's stoical resistance to technological and societal stagnation and regression doesn't add up with the RP's initial premise. Patently, history tells us that the West is worthy of respect and formal recognition for its technical and martial prowess, but I sincerely believe that he's severely overestimating its capabilities. When you've lost 90 percent of the world's total population within a very short time span to ICBMs, biological agents and a teeming demographic of bestial mutant lifeforms, you're looking at the immediate destruction and gradual degradation of entire ethnic groups, racial groups and religious groups of Earth. This event makes the cumulative effects of every single natural disaster and war in human history look like petty child's play in comparison. With 770 million persons remaining in the world, humanity just got bumped back down to (roughly) 1750 population levels; infighting amongst human populations, mutant incursions and the very real possibility of pathogens springing up out of nowhere aren't doing the species any favors, either. EDIT: Anyway, I might play some remnant of the US.

Alright, I have decided on my area being in South Africa. More specifically, Cape Town, South Africa. I will be getting to work on developing specifics on the nation. I will most likely be developing several mutants for the area.

Nuclear winter made Lake Constance indefinately frozen, and the details are intentionally hidden.

Um, I don't think that's how nuclear winters work. Stuff just doesn't stay frozen after the winter's over.

@DAWNSTAREssentially, yes. It was nuclear winter in Germany and they just released a powerful firebomb. This is their first step toward coming out of a deep dark age, and i thought it would make a good post.
