In truth, anywhere is fine. But California is a good idea if you want a more cosmopolitan area. It is also the most populous state in the US of A.

I assume many players here are American or Anglophone though. That is reason for me to be leaning to the USA or UK. Also, keep in mind that I'll need multiple watches for coordination purposes.
