"What a pretty dog. …C-can I pet it?" Arran smiled, “Sure, he’s very friendly.” Rig, seeming to understand, grinned himself and started nuzzling the boy’s leg. Arran started laughing then; “he likes you. Well he likes everyone, but he really likes you.” She decided then that she kinda liked this boy; he wanted to talk to Rig, and hadn’t yet made any comment about her eye, or eye patch technically, both good points in her book.

Ithen Roberts "Thanks!" he said excitedly, as he knelt down to pet the dog. He ruffled the dog's ears around. "Is it a rottweiler?" He continued to pet the dog under its chin trying to make it wag its tail harder. Iten went into complete a complete dog lover's mode and got all riled up. Ithan looked up at Arran and laughed nervously as he a little akward being so lovey dovey with the dog. He got up and and faced Arran. "I-I don't think I got your dog's name, or you for that matter!" Ithen looked at Arran and honestly thought that she was a dude, but all he wanted was to try to make friends. He never thought twice about the eye patch. Though, he might admit it was a little distracting when looking into Arran's eyes.

@Kite Ebony was walking lost in thoughts. The fact she was in a bad part of the neighborhood still hadn't fazed her. She kept mulling over her songs and other thoughts on her job choice. The brunette was only pulled out of her thoughts at the sound of her name. She turned around and focused her attention on the man in front of her. He appeared to only be a few years older than her and also was telling her of the dangers of where she currently was. Ebony sighed before opening her mouth to speak, "Thank you for your concern, but I will be fine. I am not that young and the chances of anything happening are slim. But since you know of who I am, I'd like a proper introduction before we part ways again. It is not often that anyone shows much interest in my well being over the fact I am a famous singer. So, with that being said, my name is Ebony Wildes. It is a pleasure to meet you." Ebony said giving her infamous smile and holding her hand out for a handshake.

“I’m Arran, and this,” she said ruffling Rig’s fur, “is Rig.” Pulling her headphones properly off her head, Arran grinned at the boy, “and yes he is part Rottweiler, also part Huntaway, and part Labrador. …Or something like that, I’m not quite sure. But yes definitely part Rottie.” Arran’s smile was lighting up her whole face, it wasn’t often someone wanted to talk to her, even if it was because of Rig. She had seen the way the boy had behaved with Rig, the same way she did if no one was looking. "So what's your name, mister dog lover?"

@Kitty With an eyebrow quirked in interest, Marius took Ebony's hand and gave it one, firm shake. He felt it was unclear whether or not he was being brushed off or if her smile was genuine, however, he gave an effort to make the best of a rare occurrence.Who gets to just meet a famous musician on the street without being surrounded by flash photography and persistent, overbearing reporters? “The pleasure is mine, Miss Wildes. I'm Marius Caustellus.” Marius said with a smirk while releasing Ebony's hand. “I'm also on my way to work, so I won't dawdle on warning you about the dangers of muggers and potential rapists. I will warn you that the I'm a native of these parts, and the next time I catch you wandering around here, I'm going to have to force you to sign just about every object I possess.” Marius couldn't keep a straight face throughout the entire joke, and ended it with a chuckle before turning on the heel of his boot and hurrying off, undoubtedly late for work. This event had actually improved his mood, like an unexpected gift or finding a wad of 20s. It would also serve as an excuse for his unusual tardiness. “Remember!” Marius shouted over his shoulder, attempting to add more drama to his joke. “The danger is real! Everything will be signed!”

Ana was pissed off. She had endured the overly touchy salesman, had endured walking to six different shops in order to find the model she needed to replace her computer, had endured the sweltering heat. She was picky with this, as she had faced problems in the past with the other models she’d used. She was the most comfortable with the one she preferred, and refused to settle for anything less. Yet, the greasy-haired salesman in front of her had said that the stock for the model she was looking for had sold out a day ago. Balling her hands into fists, she forced a smile, and turned herself on her heel, ignoring the salesman calling for her and offering other models, hurried and anxious, before he gave up, retreating back behind the counter. She couldn’t believe her luck, or rather, her lack of. She stepped out of the shop, heading into the alley nearby. Her anger quickly dissipated into apathy and indifference, as most of her emotions did. Sighing, she shook her blonde locks from her eyes, heading into a nearby café. She sat down by the window, her slender fingers tapping against the wooden table. She slid on her glasses, tying her hair up into a bun. If nobody bothered to look closely, she'd seem a few years younger than her actual age.

@The ghost in black Lunch hour was usually chaotic but Autumn didn’t think she had ever seen it this crazy. Did the whole city deicide to come to The Silver Dragon for lunch? It sure looked that way. ”Here you are sir.” Autumn said as she set a hamburger and a glass of coke in front of a man dressed in a suit with a Bluetooth piece in his ear. The man took one look at the food in front of him then glared at Autumn. ”What kind of fool do you take me for? I didn’t order this garbage! I asked for a water and a salad, are you trying to make me fat?!” Autumn blinked in surprise because she distinctly remembered this man ordering no such thing. Autumn then apologized and said she would take it back. Clearly it was not what the man wanted and so he then began to rant at her. The girl’s facial expression fell into a neutral visage, turning into an emotionless mask as the man continued to explain in great detail how Autumn was such a stupid and incompetent child. The man didn’t seem to like the fact that he wasn’t getting a raise out of her and so he stood, face very red. He then snatched up his glass of coke and upended it over Autumn’s head. Her mask slipped, revealing a stunned expression as the man shoved past her and stalked towards the door. Autumn stood there, soda plastering her hair to her head and dripping down her face. She slowly turned, aquamarine eyes tracking the man as he headed for the door. Rage, swift and hot, surged through her body and his fists clenched. She then jumped slightly upon feeling a hand on her shoulder. She glanced up into Sarah’s sympathetic eyes. ”You okay? That was rough. I have a spare uniform in my locker if you want to borrow it. You can just give it back to me tomorrow.” Autumn nodded in agreement and followed along as Sarah led her to the back. Sarah lent her a pack of wipes and so with that and the uniform in hand Autumn locked herself in the bathroom to get cleaned up. Thankfully the coke missed her pants but her shirt was absolutely sopped. She threw it off and it hit the linoleum with a wet slap. She turned on the facet and ducked her head under it, running her fingers through it. She pumped some hand soap into her hand and lathered it through her hair. She knew it wouldn’t work as well as shampoo but hopefully it would help rid her hair of the stickiness the soda caused. After rinsing her hair out thoroughly, she then got down to business of ridding her skin of the rest of the soda. After going through most of the wipes she finally was soda free. She shrugged on Sarah’s uniform shirt and fingered the ends of her hair. Drying it was out of the option unless she felt like trying to use paper towels. Deciding it could just air dry she squeezed as much water out of it that she could then shoved her soda soaked shirt into a plastic bag that was used for food deliveries, Autumn exited the bathroom and stowed the bag in her locker to take home later. She took a deep breath and entered the main room again. She shot Sarah a grateful smile, turning to survey the room. She heard a voice speak up from next to her and she turned to face Eris. She gave her a smile. ”Jack? He should be in his office doing paperwork.”

Ebony giggled slightly at the man's 'warning'. When he left she waved goodbye and turned around. Ebony continued walking until she got back to the normal area of the city. She pulled a beanie that matched her sweater out of her purse along with sunglasses and a scarf. She quickly used it to alter her look. The scarf up over her mouth and the large sunglasses obscuring her face for the most part. She blended in with the crowd, in a sense, as she made her way to a restaurant she enjoyed. Ebony looked up at the sign and smiled under the scarf. It read. 'The Silver Dragon'. Ebony walked to the door and pushed it open, she asked for a table and after a short wait was taken to a small table in the back corner. It was technically meant for two people but obviously she didn't have any friends to eat with. Ebony sat down not removing the beanie, scarf, or sunglasses despite the weird looks she was given. She looked down at her menu looking for something new she could order while also waiting on a waitress or waiter.

Bobby Du'wath, a short, middle-aged obese man with black, shaggy facial hair, wore a scowl as Marius came into view, his eye filled with embers of anger. Marius was very late. Some of the molding machines had gone down, and Mister Du'wath had expected his "lowly, starting-wage tinkerer" long ago. "Where the fuck have you been!?" The old man screamed as Marius passed him, not even sparing the fat, bald business owner a sideways glance. "You were supposed to be here five minutes ago! Now all the machines need fucking service because-" "Shut up already. I'm on it." Marius said casually as entered the uncomfortable oven-like conditions of the workshop. The old company forklift passed by quickly, moving finished parts to the packaging area. Marius dodged around the forklift, circling toward the machines he had rigged to fail. Being the only person in the shop capable of rigging and fixing machines, Marius saw fit to add what he called "job security" to the ovens; small tweaks that would ensure machine failure if they were not serviced daily, and would destroy valuable parts if they went for long periods without the touch of Marius. The young engineer was already sure his employer was too much of a cheapskate to pay him a wage he deserved, so ensuring his continued employment was of utmost importance. Two of Marius' co-workers committed themselves to busy-work, as their oven had stopped working. Marius only gave a smirk to one of his better-known comrades as he approached the panel containing the wiring for the machine. Du'wath followed, ready to inform Marius of his violently sudden lack of employment, yet he couldn't bring himself to fire someone so valuable. Marius fixed what others broke, which seemed to be a rare talent nowadays, given most peoples' lack of interest in anything but their phones and social media. Even some of the workers in the shop almost ruined parts just because they were paying more attention to their phones than their ovens. Marius calmly uncrossed and reconnected wires gracefully and effectively, bringing the machine back to life, but leaving a flaw that would ensure his return. Meanwhile, Du'wath stood at a distance, silently fuming, which only served to instill an unwarranted amount of stress in his workers. This was a regular workday for Marius. Rigging broken garbage to break later. It was just a means to ensure his continued existence, with no ensured corporate ladder-climbing in the future. He wanted out. He wanted more. Marius would change the world, given a chance, but for now, he watched and waited. His time would come. Maybe.
