So long as you're not abusing power, anything's good to go. Keep in mind that with this type of scenario and this (lack) of logic everything can become pretty easily balanced. Nothing fantasy however. Magic ammunitions and such are a no go, just standard bullets of any shape as Vex said. No explosive rounds either (encroaching on red territory). But in short, so long as it's balanced, you could have any gun you wanted.
