Well, there's my sheets. Hope you like them, and tell me if I badgered anything up. I've sort of added a bit of custom to the mech, but I hope I haven't gone too far with it.

Well @SirBeowulf, any friend of Harby's is a friend of mine. Anyway, as for character feedback: I can appreciate a hot-headed lunatic. Sterling before I changed him around had the callsign "Psycho" and looked something like..
Anyway, I trust you'll keep the assholery and insanity to a reasonable amount, yeah? Characters aren't superhuman, and if you make him bite off more than he can chew, he will get hurt. Its a bit of a stretch to go from infantry to a piloting gig, but its his thing, and he's been around for a while, so I'll let it slide. Regarding his MAS, is it a prototype, or a custom? Has he built this thing from scratch? Or did he pick up an old mech and refurbished it? Also, keep in mind that while he can work on it on his own if he wants, he will have an engineering crew assigned to it, because taking care of a machine all by yourself is going to be a big job. As for its speed, while it can keep up with a Medium class, it probably wont be able to match most Mediums in regard to speed/some maneuverability. The distinction between Medium and Heavy is a lot bigger than Medium and Light. Even with its Tesla Drive, it won't be able to fly, it will have limited flight capacity though- meaning it can hover over the ground instead of walk to propel itself forward while in atmosphere, and can 'jump' higher and further than normal. I do like the fact that you decided to add your own system, and gave it reasonable balancing as well, but I will bump its power requirement up to 3. That being said, you may have miscounted your remaining power. With dexterity system costing 3 power, you should have 5 power units remaining, or 10 hours of operation. Lastly, regarding weapons and their ammunition counts, Where does the shoulder launcher store the extra rockets? -and since they are defined as 'rockets', are they dumbfire/unguided? Are they meant to take on MAS? Buildings? Ships? All of the above? For the Surface to Air missiles, I assume there are only 4 of them? Describe the strength for these as well, are they intended to take out Light MAS's? etc. And then for the gatling weapon I'll just need a caliber and magazine size. 30mm is the UEE standard round-(which is pretty fucking big), and I'd say 750-1000 rounds would give you about 30-40 seconds of sustained fire. In conclusion: I'm really liking Shanks and his machine, just gotta iron out some details before I give it the A. That is, A for accepted.

I much prefer B for Bombastic. I've gone ahead and fixed most of the stuff you requested, adding strength of the missile launchers and their limits, and also added the caliber and ammunition supply of the gatling gun. As for the new system, what I meant by being able to take on a Medium, I meant as in, they simply can't just wipe the floor with a heavy when it comes to running around and what not. Instead of watching while a Medium runs circles around your Heavy while laughing, you can now catch up and fuck 'em up. Also, being able to fight in a melee with a Medium. The craft is indeed a prototype, sorry if I confused it at all.

Oh, Heavies aren't that outclassed by Mediums when it comes to maneuverability- otherwise, there'd be no point in giving them all that heavy armor to begin with, they just wouldn't be able to keep up in regards to maximum speed, and would be a bit more unwieldy. Think Light-Medium-Heavy as Rogue-Fighter-Paladin for a rough comparison. Anyway, the rest of your fixes look good- except for the gatling cannon, no point in giving it magazines/reloads, especially since gatling weapons are belt fed. Just give it the a whole big number- 2000 might be a tad high, maybe go for 1500? An entire minute's worth of fire, is a lot of fire. Anyway, no further issues I can see from here, notify me if you intend to continue making edits. Other than that, I think Wes is good to go! OH @SirBeowulf, one last thing, sorry. How long has Wes been a part of the 7th Team? I want most(if not all)- minus the FNG/Maybe Team Leader of the squadron to have known/been with one another for a while.

@DeadnautOkay, so Ariana is looking good so far- most of my critiques go towards machines, not the characters, and since you don't have a machine, welp, there's not much to critique. Ariana is almost too hopeful and naive for my liking. Almost. Anyway, she mixes a good amount of hopefulness with a decent amount of qualifications (if untrained) which would make sense/likely be required if she's being attached to a special forces unit. Background looks fine, psyche looks good. She won't have a callsign, not until she's flown her first mission/done her first stupid thing/made her first kill/ticked off her first squadron-mate, etc. As for what machine she will be flying, it all depends on whether or not we have a character application for squadron leader.

Off the wall is fun, original, and it promotes interesting experiences. I look forward to torturing welcoming Ariana fully and with open arms by way of Wes. He totally won't do anything too bad to the poor newbie. I promise. I'm not sure I can promise such a thing.

How would "unconventional" suits fare? Like one that acts literally as a boarding plank by attaching to another with high speed and drilling a hole in for pilot assassination?

That particular idea probably wouldn't fly, no. To get into a position in which you would be able to board another MAS, you'd be an easy target for any point defense systems if they had them, as well as other MASs

Alexis isn't a front line MAS pilot anymore. But she isn't afraid to step into the cockpit of one if extra hands are needed in an operation. Alexis uses a template PTX-071 Sentinel MkI M and arms it as the mission requires.

Deadnaught has submitted a character for the role of FNG, though you are free to put up your own application for FNG if you wish. This RP is not first come first served, so just because you have applied for a role does not guarantee you the spot. However, with Whoami as my co-gm now present, I will likely be taking on a few more people than I had originally planned, so there may be room for 2 FNGs. At the same time, I would like the number of veterans/squadron members to outnumber the number of newbies, so if say 3 or 4 people apply for FNG, not all of them will be accepted.

Ah, okie! If two FNG's are accepted, maybe they could possibly serve as foils for each other, with one being broken down by war and the other serving as the beacon of hope? Also, something I thought up for my character may be a bit weird, so I wanted to ask if it would be acceptable

Ah Hex, welcome back. -sheds a singular man tear- Its good to see the Crisis crew. Feedback for your character will be coming soon- rather slowly. I've taken off my contacts- because dry eyes suck, and have appeared to have left my glasses at my friend's house. As a result I'm typing with my face literally inches away from my screen. This position is rather uncomfortable and has a side effect of making me type much slower than usual. @PrincessOfNothing, if anything, the rest of the squadron should serve as foils for the newbies, explain to me your idea so I know whats going down.
