Pelor, an odd name for Lathander, but it must be a local version. The humans do rename their gods by region, funny thing about them. Eranah thought but specifically did not say. Instead she simply remained quiet for must of the discussion. Vis' lisp didn't bother her one way or the other, it was an imperfection surely but the world outside the astral sea had plenty of those. Though since the others were engaging him she figured she may as well chime in once some of the others had spoken their piece. ------- Lily had rejoined the group by now, climbing in the front of the cart with Korick. While she wasn't ranged, the sight of a heavily armored paladin wouldn't be uncommon and may deter attack. When the conversation began she spoke up. "You should get rid of the lisp. There's no way it can be that helpful to you. Besides, why are you turning down healing in the first place? Seems foolish even if you want to carry the scars of battle." She said in a tone that while backing her up, did reflect some of the new found respect she had for him after their earlier encounter. -------- Eranah felt now was probably a good time to speak. "I won't force him to receive healing he doesn't want if my inaction doesn't harm him. As for my personal feelings, while life may be easier without the injury, he has every right to keep his scars if he so chooses."

"Oy!" he yelled, using the colloquial accent he usually tried to hide, "Inthtead of pithin' abouth and hafin' a good ol' laugh abouth me fathe and me voithe, hows abouth ye shuth yer gums and gethon with thomething producthive?!" he barked, he'd had enough of the conversation about the way he was and now that he started, he wouldn't stop until he felt he had gotten the point across, "I came on thith fuckin' jaunt through the gladeth for adventhure, noth to be chewed out by a bunch of fuckin' thtrangerth I've only meth a few hourth ago!" He stopped for a moment and tightened his scarf so it wouldn't fall. "Now if we could pleathe mind our own bithineth, I'd be gratheful." He simply then turned away from the group and pulled out his child's encyclopedia, trying to get his mind off the subject and his outburst.

Lammy was finding it increasingly difficult to take the rogue's outburst seriously with that lisp. Somewhere in the back of his head, he found it kinda funny. His expression stayed flat however, as he was never really one to laugh at someone's disabilities. "Dad on the other hand...he would've laughed the guy out of the wagon." The druid did raise an eyebrow however. "Such a burst seems kinda weird though...why be so protective over such a unattractive feature? Why not just get rid of it?" He pondered, but didn't pursue the query. It was clear the half-elf didn't want to be bothered anymore, and Lammy wasn't going to be the one to provoke him. He returned back to his position atop the roof, and faced forward. Legs crossed, he gave thought back to the spoils of his hunt, and examined his belt of rabbit corpses. "Hey Korick, d'you have a skinning knife on you? I should start dressing these bunnies before they go bad." He asked the halfling.

"Alright Vis. We'll change the subject. So what do people here know about Devils? That feels a bit pressing at the moment." The stout ranger replied while he steered the wagon further into the hills of the moors. Beth kept up the rear of the wagon; running just a few yards behind it. "It will be a two day journey on foot, I know of a few safe hidden spots to camp at night along the way." As he crested the next hill he grabbed his buck knife and tossed it to Lammy. "There, please clean it when you are done." "Keep your guard up, they may have had reinforcements who will come looking for us, but if we put up a show of strength they won't charge us. He said to everyone as he made sure his bow and quiver were always in arms reach.
