Mi ran towards Jun's room, only to find that he was already standing in front of his room door, fully dressed and waiting for her to pick him up. He looked like a tired puppy, but Mi shook off the thought, and gestured for him to follow her. She turned and waited for the lift, running ahead the moment the lift stopped at the lobby. She veered toward the lots, Jun close on her heels. "We're here!" She exclaimed, brushing her bangs from her eyes as she stopped in front of the two. "Thank you for helping," She grinned up at Jacque, and then to Kai. She was grateful to the two of them. She headed toward the van, Jun getting in the back, as all Enforcers were required to. Mi chose to go in with him, sitting opposite of him; she rarely drove, due to trauma that she'd rather not talk about. She folded her hands in her lap, fidgeting a little, her fingers playing with her hair. Restlessly, she opened the file once more, reading it over. Jun looked up at her and arched an eyebrow, before leaning back against the wall of the van, arms folded behind his head. His foot tapped against the floor of the van, impatient and hungry for a hunt.

Kai watched as his fellow Inspectors and Jun got inside with Jacque at the passenger seat and Miichi and Jun at the back. "You're my second in command, of course I'll help you." He said with a grin as he stepped on the gas, the van instantly moving at a high pace. Kai admired how strong and how fast this van was. The wipers went back and forth vigorously as it tried to wipe the rain that was covering the windshield. Good thing Kai had good eyesight as he drived smoothly even in the rain. Soon enough, they reached Ikebukuro. It wasn't traffic so they got there fairly quickly. Once there, he drove on to find the shop where the hostage situation was happening. Without looking back, he asked, "So anything we sould know before we engage the problem Tachibana?" He knew Miichi held the files and he wanted to know if there was something they should look out for. It never hurt to be careful.

Jacque sat quietly in the passenger seat as Kai drove to the group's destination. He listened to what Kai had to say, then turned and chucked Miichi's weapon and holster into her lap before resuming his previous position, "If I might interject, Inspector Katawori, I did not get the chance to read the file as Inspector Tachibana had, however given the nature of our case, it's safe to assume that we're dealing with one or more people with a high enough crime coefficient to warrant the usage of the paralyzer function of our dominators. If there truly is something wrong with our cymetic scanning system, the C.C. of our quarry might even be high enough to warrant lethal force. Our files are usually accurate with these cases, however with the possibility of cymetic processing error some of the details in the file might not be one hundred percent accurate." he stated calmly. Jacque looked straight ahead and tightened the grip on his cane a bit, "If you will pardon the rambling, what I am attempting to say is that while the file Inspector Tachibana is carrying is still important, it is crucial that we remain ready for what we find.".

"Inspector Jacque is right. I think we should be ready to have the lethal modes of our Dominators activate, and under all circumstances, we have to be prepared for whatever stunt these criminals have. We have to be cautious, too; we have to assume that they may have bombs or grenades ready, for a situation wherein we manage to successfully bust in. We also have to consider if these are suicide bombers or killers; if so, they would be hard to stop, but we have to come up with a number of strategies to prepare." Her cheerful and enthusiastic demeanour slipped off, now completely serious, the look in her eyes calculating. She tapped her chin, fastening the holster to her thigh, using her free hand to pass the file over. "Check for any vitals that you may need inside, Jacque, and read them out to Kai if necessary." She slid the dominator into the holster, flexing her feet a little. Jun looked up in interest, his eyes sliding from Miichi to Jacque, to Kai and back to her, eyebrows arched in interest. He smirks, straightening. "It isn't good to be thinking too deeply into the case, you know, Inspectors Tachibana and Marrow. Unafraid of raising your crime coefficients if you overthink the criminals' intentions?" He stretches a little. "Just tell me what to do and I'll carry it out. It's my purpose as an Enforcer and guard dog, anyway."

Kai listened in to Jacque's inquiry and what he said was true. There had to be something wrong with the files since the scans did not work. Although it was still important, that's for sure. He then turned to another street to avoid traffic. It would lengthen the drive but the traffic might be heavy. "What you are saying, Marrow, is true. Although anything the files would carry would still help us in some way." He then slipped into silence as he listened to Miichi this time. While she was talking, his left hand slipped to his Dominator, switching it to lethal mode. It would be easy to switch it back anyway. "If they use time bombs, it will be easy to deactivate as I was trained to deactivate such a thing. Grenades, on the other hand, is harder to avoid." He then put his left hand back on the wheel as he turned right and continued straight. "Killers we can surely manage by using our Dominators at a distance and where they can't see us." He then sighed. "A suicide bomber huh? Not one of my greatest encounters in this world..." He said with a chuckle although the atmosphere didn't allow it, he still did. "Hard, yes, but if there is no trigger to it, it will be easy to dispatch. Having a trigger for the suicide bomber will be tricky." He couldn't add more as his attention was fully on the road as the rain grew heavier and he was having trouble seeing through. "Jun is quite right. We don't want to raise our crime coefficients." Kai agreed with Jun's words. They will be forced to incapacitate an Inspector if that ever happens and each Inspector was needed at the time. "Although we can't put everything on you Jun. You are only one and no matter how skilled you are, I highly doubt you can defeat all the criminals there. We must all work together on this one, Inspector and Enforcer." He continued, hoping that Jacque and Miichi would agree with him on this one.
