Odd Trait: Secretly an alcoholic, he drinks when Elaine is out or asleep. Sometimes, if he's desperate, he'll go into the toilet to have a drink.

Background Info: Francis came over from the UK when he was 20 with his brother Will and their parents. When he finished his degree, he became a school teacher, and met Elaine, who is now his fiancée, and is expecting a baby with. However, 14 months ago, he was in a car crash, in which both of his parents died. He was forced to look after his younger brother, so he got a house in the Blackwing apartments. At the same time, he decided to have Elaine move in with them. He had a violent past back in England, but only William knows about it, and Frankie is set on keeping it that way.

Other: Works as a school teacher (Physics). Has insomnia. Also had a short temper, which tends to him getting violent. However, he makes sure not to get violent around Elaine.

Room Description: For main room, see Francis. Will's bedroom is quite bland, with black bed sheets, black curtains, but a good quality laptop on a desk. The room is slightly messy, with some clothes around, but he sometimes makes an effort to clean it. His bedside table has a broken drawer from when he got angry once, but they haven't had the money to replace it.

Odd Trait: Mostly apathetic. Also slightly sadistic.

Physical Descriptions: Slightly muscular physique. Short length brown hair.

Background Info: After his parents died, Will became very introverted. he began to communicate less and less with his brother and his fiancé, and even his best friends, and mostly stays in his room. He does, however, he does take some interest in his unborn nephew/niece.
Other: Introverted. Also has a short temper like his brother, which leads to violence. He rarely allows himself to get angry though. This has caused him to break some objects. He also likes to sing, and is good at it, however, is too shy to let anyone hear.

Background Info: Elaine grew up in northern France, and moved from France when she was 14. She always wanted to be a teacher, and she found that teaching French would be a perfect opportunity. When the new Physics teacher started, it was love at first sight, and they became boyfriend and girlfriend. He proposed to her, but a week later his parents were in a car crash, killing them both. Her fiancé had to look after his younger brother, so invited her to live with them. She accepted, and they are now expecting their first child.

Room Description: The room… it is rather messy as clothes could be found on the floor, desk, even on one some lamps. She has a double bed since she tends to move around a lot in her sleep, it would not be the first time if she goes sleepwalking. The colours are rather basic, black and white. Yet some smaller things have bright colours such as lime green or hot pink. She does not have a separate dining room since it is mixed together with the kitchen. Only place for three people to sit at the counter. The only thing that separates the living room with the bed room is a thick blue curtain. The bathroom is situated next to the bedroom, a door and wall are here visible.
Odd Trait: Alcoholic.

Background: Because her parents did not feel the need to look at her and sometimes even left her behind at home to go on a holiday without even telling her, only leaving a note instead. Also, her being beaten up by her mother was also not an unusual thing to happen. That was the reason why she started to drink in order to make her sorrows go away even if it was just for a moment. Even that did not alarm her parents and just let her be. Eventually she decided to just move out of that place and came to live in this apartment block.

Room Description:
His apartment is his realm of existence. As it is the place where he spends almost every hour of everyday, it is often slightly disorganized, though still most often considerably clean. Anthony uses the large bedroom as a work space with shelves of books and reference material in the closets and on one half of the room, the rest of the space is home to a small desk and computer. His actual bedroom is rather utilitarian in layout with just a bed, nightstand, and dresser. The kitchen is often fully stocked with healthy foods and bottles of water. The large open area in the apartment is essentially a living room/ entertainment area, that are segregated by folding dividers, that make the areas feel smaller. Each house a couch and coffee table, the living room area has a television as well, where as the the other area houses bookshelves filled with novels, movies, videogames, and board games.
Odd Trait:
Agoraphobic. Anthony has a rather crippling fear of open areas, and thus tends to stay confined to his room, or at the most the apartment complex.

Anthony is a some what successful business advisor, that works from his home office. In general he is a good natured person, and is more than willing to help people out. At times of high stress his fear becomes much worse and he often isolates himself in the smallest near confined space that he can fit in.
Other:
Despite his agoraphobia he is still extremely social. Also, if ever outside tends to wear a full-length tan trench coat claiming it makes him feel more inclosed. Enjoys crowds (makes everything seem smaller, easier to cope with).

Room Description:
Vale's living room sits opposite the kitchen space and lacks a television or radio of any sort, instead an old damaged couch sits along the wall separating the space from the 2nd bedroom and in front of it sits an unstable makeshift coffee table Vale had put together with two cinder blocks and a some-what decent rectangle timber table top that had lost it's legs long ago. The other end of this living space houses Vale's pride and joy, a very well kept PC, seated on an old wooden desk with a computer chair rested next to it.

Vale only makes use of the larger bed room, but doesn't do too well at keeping it tidy, clothes are often found lying around. The other bed room has built a thin layer of dust over the past four years. Only a tall lamp, bookshelf and futon populate his primary bedroom, however, the bookshelf is packed with books, mostly educational texts.

Vale's right arm, from elbow to shoulder, houses several tattoo's often following a theme of bloodshot eyeballs and odd fictional 'rune' characters. His left arm on the other hand(heh), houses several cut mark scars from his wrist up to his shoulder.

It is extremely rare to find Vale without a long sleeve shirt or long pants, he also never leaves home without a singlet on under his shirt.

Background Info:
Once considered a promising young lad, Vale was pushed into the limelight consistently by his parents for his promising prospects as a singer after a video of him singing at the age of six went viral. Despite his 15 minutes of fame being well and truly over before his seventh birthday, the prospect of earning fame and money through their child breathed new vitality into a broken marriage, because of this, the pressure pushed upon Vale to be 'exceptional' eventually became too much to bare, resulting in an almost crippling anxiety disorder, a disorder his parents did not take seriously.

At age fourteen Vale found his way into the 'wrong crowd' and started using drugs, he quickly clung to the substances as they provided a means for him to deal with his anxiety. This triggered the beginning of Vale's 'Dark Years', where in he'd often engage in drug fuelled brawls and self harm, all the while his parents, disappointed by what they perceived as their only son's sudden 'shyness' as well as faced with the fact that he clearly engaged in illicit activities, began to fight more and more.

As the years went on the Exen house hold fell in on itself and each family member grew to resent one another more and more until, at age 17, Vale found himself on the streets. It was when he started to feel himself at home, with the drugged out homeless dredges of society that Vale found himself at a cross roads; clean himself up and become some one, or continue down this path of cheap thrills and an early, meaningless grave. Vale quit cold turkey and one year later, moved to Blackwing where he was able to start to cultivate his interest in technology and mathematics.

Other:
Vale takes three pills in the morning prescribed to him by his doctor for his anxiety disorder. Vale also likes to sing and has quite an impressive singing voice, however, he rarely does this any more and hasn't sung in front of an audience in several years. Vale is short sighted and objects beyond arms length start to become fussy when he isn't wearing his glasses.
