Biography: As per 'many' of the gemstones early lives, Ueno fit the stereotype. Once people began to notice his abilities, they took advantage of it. Many it was because earth-type users weren't as valuable, or maybe it was luck. Whatever it was, it allowed Ueno to live a slightly more average life then those of other gemstones.

As he grew up, his power was that mostly of a three. Only after a few more 'memorable' encounters with scientists was he raised to a 4. He grew someone steadily after that, but never could reach the magic number five. And becoming a six? Ha! He was better off shooting himself in the head and hoping he came out fine. So most of his early middle-school life was spent trying to see if he could become even stronger, be it through tests or trial. However, either way, his results were always lacking.

As he grew up, his fears became reality. Every scientist he knew agreed that he had reached his 'peak' and if anything, he was more likely to become weaker then stronger. It would also be much less likely for him to learn magic then it would be for any average esper. He may have reached a high level of power, but in the end he would mean nothing to those who did not have the aim's blessing.

Personality: He has a bit of a strong-guy complex. He is somewhat rude and vulgar, but is ultimately a nice guy with a bad tongue, and little self-control. He is not a fan of attention, and does not enjoy his gemstone status. It certainly comes with some good perks, but he would have rather been a hard-working regular esper who has somehow, through effort and luck, become a level 4. His parents have instilled him with their morals and have pumped into his heads that good people should go out of their way to help others, even if they he might get hurt in the process. He doesn't always believe in this, but their teachings often find their way into his head whenever he needs to make a decision that involves the well-being of others.

Skills: His body isn't meant for fighting, but it certainly can climb and run. He is a good shot, and knows how to stealthy.

Blaze (Pyrokinesis): Level 4; Macro

Ueno can produce fire from and around his body, he can create it up to three meters away from him, but he can control it whenrver it may be up to ten meters away from him.

Special Skill: Pyrokinetic Flight

Ueno can fly by projecting flame from his body. He can project a huge amount of fire to increase speed, a small amount for simple levitation or propel himself without taking flight at all.

Signature Move: Torch

Ueno creates a very large and intense flame from both of his hands, the flame that is produced is like that of a torch tool. It can be used to melt and shape metal objects in front of him. This ability can be used somewhat often, but unless has the right equipment on his hands they can be burnt severely. This can also affect the rest of his body if the flame becomes large enough.

Disadvantages: His effective range is quite short, and if he wants to fight 'all-out' he will need a special fire resistant suit so he doesn't burn himself to death. Without the suit, most of his attacks can hurt him as much as it does the enemy.

Extras: He always wears fire-repellent boots and jeans, and sometimes carries fire-resistant gloves with him if he wishes to fight. He owns two fire-retardant battle-suits, but does not carry or use them a regular basis because carrying them around all-day is more of a hassle then its worth.
