I've written enough and created enough OC for me to just copy-paste myself on to them, Anderson and Kazeno both have some of my personality (and even Jack has a bit of me).
One can only have so many mirrored characters :P

Its two different type of Esper power classes. I think Macro affects other people (ie Dummy Check) and Micro affects only that one person's AIM field/personal reality (ie. Railgun or Accelerator). Harurun made an explanation a few post back, might want to look at that.

Micro is versatility, ingenuity, shaping your attacks. Less destructive and more focused on creativity.
Macro is raw power. Dem AoE destruction and dem tanks.

Own term made up. This is to make sure, everything is balanced.
