"Tadachi!" Kaida shouted as she ran down the hallway, chasing after one of the freshmen that had had the balls to call her "Little Dragon." She raced down the halls, hair flapping in the wind she created. A few moments later, she had caught up to him and kicked him to the ground. She held her hand up to his neckline and pulled him up by her shirt collar.

"Say that again." She demanded, a dark look in her eyes. The poor boy stumbled over his words, muttering something about not having said anything. Kaida was ready to punch the poor guy when she felt a tap at her shoulder. Turning, she noticed Ryuji standing above her, looking at her as if to say, "The fuck do you think you're doing?" Blinking, she looked down at the boy cowering on the floor. The realization hitting her now, she stood, dusting off the dirt on her skirt. "Don't ever call me that again." She told him before making a 180 and marching past Ryuji.

"Was that really necessary?" He asked, but the look on her face made him continue, "Oh, alright. Whatever. Just don't hurt anyone at the school. You know how the faculty feel about it."

"I don't care what the faculty thinks, I could care less!" she shouted, glaring at a teacher as they walked by. The poor man's eyes grew double their size as she walked off. "What class is next? I think I might actually go." She asked, turning to look at Ryuji.

"You? Go to class?" He asked in astonishment.

"...Yes. You know, I do go to class more often than not, more than you, anyway. And, I have better grades than you, maggot." She explained, pointing a finger at the bleach-blonde haired boy. Ryuji was one of her underlings, one that stayed near her and watched her back. He was a nice guy but he had a pretty mean fist. "One day, they'll call you out for that hair." She added, shaking her head.

"We're going to History next. And, yeah. But what's the worst they can do? Suspend me? Good luck." He replied, chuckling.

"I'm jealous. I wish my dad was the chairman... I'd away with so much more and not have to deal with the beatings I get when my dad does decide to come home. Then again, that is pretty rare. So, I guess I'm lucky too. I just wished my aunt didn't report everything I did to him. It's a pain!" She explained, walking to class with him.

"Yeah, I guess. I'm jealous of you, I wish my dad were away from home more often. I still get yelled at, you know." He returned, shrugging his shoulders. "And, why're you getting on my case about my hair when you aren't even wearing the new uniform?"

"But, it's so stupid! I mean, can you honestly see me in a skirt?" She complained, shaking her head vehemently.

"Sure, I can. Would it look weird? Sure, it would." He replied, chuckling.

"Hey!" She shouted, stopping to hit him on the shoulder. "I might be able to punch your face in, but I'm still a lady."

"A lady, right... Anyway, we're here." He replied, motioning to the room behind her. "And it looks like we're here early." He added, grinning. Kaida rolled her eyes and turned heel to walk inside and grab one of the back seats near a window, Ryuji sitting just beside her.

There was a loud crashing noise coming from within a class room, a horde of classmates waiting outside as they gawped at the commotion.
"You think you're so much better than me because you get higher grades but don't study?! say it to my face" a tall student known as Akihiro threw another chair towards Masaru though he didn't flinch. "How comes you get away with wearing that uniform! you must be getting the teachers to help you cheat you fake!"
"I don't think, i know. Now if you excuse me i will be leaving now" he smiled as he went to leave the class room, but this time Akihiro's throw was closer than the others as the leg of the chair made a small impact with Masaru's leg.

There was a dead silence for a little whilst Masaru turned towards Akihirio, his calm demeanor stopping him from showing any anger at all.
"Hey man! why are you even here?!" a small but well built student barged into the room, wearing the same uniform as Mas.
"Sorry Haru, will be with you in a second" it was long before Akihiro started to apologize, and begging for mercy.
"I can't be arsed with you today... stay out of my way from now on." With the ordeal over the group of students dissipated and the the pair of delinquents left the class.

"So why were you in that class just now?" Haru shoved playfully as they started to climb the stairs.
"Was giving my notes to someone okay, did you hear about Eiji? His mother is getting him home schooled now... looks like we lost a pup" he sighed, Eiji was one of the funniest guys in their gang, next to Akira.
"You hear about the other gang in school? The one run by the Little Dragon?" he asked ignoring Mas' concern over an ex-gang member,
"Yer I've heard news about it, no clue who she is though but apparently she's tough. Oh by the way I've been moved into a new history class no won't be on the roof till lunch, sorry man!" he quickly blurted as he strolled towards his new class.
Damn, this whole school merging thing pisses me off, why do i even have to change classes? He realized he arrived early and stood by the door waiting for everyone else to sit down, this way finding an empty seat would be easier.

The students began to slowly file in, taking up the seats near the front. The glares from Kaida were enough to keep most of them away. It was better that way, she liked to put her feet on the desk in front of her. Wanting to keep the seat for herself, she went ahead and lifted her legs to place her heels on the back of the chair, her legs arching over the desk itself. She didn't have any supplies today, though tomorrow she might bring a few pads to write on and take some notes, but mostly doodle.

She closed her eyes as she leaned back in her seat, listening to the stream of babble from the students in the room. Some of them were from the school that had merged with them but a great deal of them were from Tadachi High. She recognized a few of them although not by name. None of her members were in this class though they'd probably intrude several times to tell her things.

Eyes still closed, Kaida relaxed. All the while, Ryuji watched her, occasionally glancing at the rest of the class. Part of him was worried about the merge, wondering what would happen with the gangs. He'd probably protect her no matter what, even if that other leader decided to take over. Regardless, two gangs in one building would be interesting to see. And Kaida knew this, but she refused to show her worry outwardly to anyone.

Eventually all the seats were filled apart from a few located around the room, eventually Mr. Nakahara entered the room and tried to settle the class, "Now students, please calm down. Masaru please take a seat.
He nodded and started to head towards the back of the class but was stopped midway by Nakahara's voice
"No, I want you to sit closer to me so please sit there" he pointed towards the seat located in front of Kaida, though it was clear there was on way arguing with him so Mas obeyed and walked over to the seat.

Once there he looked at the girl with her feet on the chair, giving her a small glance and then pulling the chair back ignoring her feet obstructing him. She seemed familiar but Masaru couldn't quite put his finger on who she was but he was pretty sure he had seen her before.
Leaning back Masaru stared out of the window and noticed some of his gang members off in the distance bunking lessons which was odd as usually they hang out on the roof.

"Ok so I am Mr. Nakahara, I transferred here from Meiyo High. It is true that both my son and daughter are in this class as well and I want to clear the fact that U will not favour them over you. Now then, hopefully you all will get a long and get to like one another"
Masaru snorted as he said that, he knew fully well that someone in here would piss him off and fights would break out. Nakahara gave him a dirty look and started to write on the board, hoping the students would start writing down notes.
Masaru started to take notes but got bored rather quickly and raised his hand, "Sir may I go to the toilet? it can't wait"
Mr. Nakahara looked at him but sighed, "Ok but don't take too long."
When the teacher wasn't looking he grabbed his bag and left, heading to the roof in hopes the rest of his gang was waiting there for lunch.

Kaida blinked as she heard it. She looked up to see the boy that should be Masaru. She could feel her chest tighten. He looked different but... sort of similar at the same time. Feeling her heart beat speed up, she whipped her head to the side and stared out the window. When she felt him sit in the seat in front of her despite her feet, she pulled them back quickly, almost falling in the process. Luckily, she remained upright, but her face was a bright red as she desperately tried to calm her racing heart.

She expected to see him but... seriously?!

She felt Ryuji's glance but continued to stare out the window, swallowing. She hadn't even notice that Masaru had asked to go to the bathroom when she suddenly bolted up and stared over at the teacher. He turned, his brow raised at her.

"Can I help you, Ms. Little?" the teacher asked.

Kaida sent the man a quick glare before correcting him, "Please, just call me Kaida. Or Ms. Kaida if you need to." Then, suddenly remembering why she'd stood up int he first place asked, "May I go to the nurse? I don't feel well." She asked, her arms crossed. Only now, did she noticed that Masaru wasn't in his chair anymore. Where had he gone?

...

"Oh... Go ahead. But be sure to come back when you begin to feel better." He explained. Kaida nodded and ran out of the room, headed for the infirmary. If she was lucky, it would be the nurse from Tadachi High and she'd let her chill in there.

When she did get there, however, it was Ms. Circe but she had another male student. Kaida spent a few moments, watching the woman with a blank expression on her face. Damn cougar...

Her eyes went wide as she heard someone running down the hallway. Turning, she noticed one of her members. She raised a brow at him, wondering why he was running over to her.

"Kaida! Some of our guys are having a fight on the roof. If could get messy!" He explained, his voice haggard from the run.

"Tell me about it on the way." She told him, already walking int he direction of the roof.

"W-Well, Tsukasa said something about Tachi's mother and well..." He explained, trying his best to keep up Kaida.

"I see, Tachi probably egged him on no doubt." She spoke, shaking her head. After hearing everything she needed to, she began to sprint for the room, leaving the poor guy in her dust. She even passed by someone who looked oddly like Masaru but she was too focused on the task at hand to even register it.

Once there, she saw it. Tachi had Tsukasa in a head lock, holding him over the railing. She stepped out of the door and leaned against the outside wall, watching them.

"Well, well. Tachi, I didn't know you had it in you." She spoke. Tachi's head whipped around, his eyes wide at the sight of her.

"M-Ma'am!" He shouted, letting go of Tsukasa, who when released, lost his balance and began falling back. Wide eyed, Kaida began running for him, hoping that she'd get there in time before he completely fell over the edge.

Seeing the young girl from class zoom pass, Masaru instantly knew that there was some sort of trouble ahead.
It wasn't until after the second student also ran past him that he decided he would follow to see what the commotion was about and if his gang was the cause of the issue.
Once he arrived he noticed the girl arguing with some student and his gang had retreated to the other side of the roof, all snickering and laughing like a pack of hyenas.

"What's going on here? what did you lot do?" he inquired as he sat down with his gang.
"Well two guys suddenly started arguing. They must be part of the Dragon's to be honest... why are they even on our turf?" Haru explained has he started eating his food,
"I see, you're right. Which one is the gang leader? i'll go chat with him" he stood up straight and loosened his uniform a little,
"You mean HER darling, and she's the Little Dragon, Kaida." Akiko pointed her out as she held Mas arm with the other hand.
"Not now Akiko, Haru and Dai you're coming too" with that the trio walked over to sort something out with the intruders.

It can't be Kaida? That Kaida in particular? He thought back to the Kaida he knew, small, weak, timid... spineless. "What's her name again? sounded like Akiko said Kaida"
"That's her, Kaida Little... i think she is in your class" Haru looked at Masaru hoping to get an answer but there was nothing but awkward silence from that moment on.

Once there he waited for the commotion to end before addressing the group "Excuse me guys but it seems like you lot are rather lost? This is the Dog's territory, this is my territory" he looked Kaida up and down then the rest of her gang.
"Not sure if you are her, or if you remember me but i would prefer to settle this dispute peacefully, no need to spill blood on the first day right? Anyway if you would do us Dogs a favour and leave we'd really appreciate it."
He waited for the response, knowing that any result other than them leaving would lead to a full blown gang war on the roof, as much fun as it seemed to him he just didn't have to effort to do it.
She looks a lot stronger, but the rest of them look weak... maybe i should invite her to join us?
