Personality: Absul is a man that demands and needs perfection in all aspects of his life. He is absorbed by symmetry and things relying upon the synchronization. He is in all things a man of order. Order must be maintained in order for anything to come from it. This is the motto he stands by and this how Absul’s life plays out. As the Chief Enforcer of the Disciplinary Committee, this seems as an apt description for anyone in that position. Absul is afflicted with a severe case of Obsessive-Compulsive disorder which dictates his actions at all time. He had picked up numerous traits that he must continue left his order be broken. Other than that Absul is steadfastly loyal to Sengoku and his Council President.

Brief History:
Absul is not his birth name, more a name he took upon realizing what he was like. A manipulation of old latin, Absul crafted his name after leading a life of relatively simple leisure’s and pleasures. The white décor of his room, the feeling of shaving down each pencil till they were the same size, simple and easy life. His need for order made him an apt student in physics, chemistry, maths and history. His need for perfect control also dictated his body. He was always training harder and harder to achieve some sort of misbegotten concept of perfection for him. The necessity for facts to fill in the blanks where the grey areas popped up, the order of his mind and body, was ingrained so deeply in his person that as his student life progressed, he was essentially a shoe in to be accepted in to Sengoku.

Here he found his calling. Here he found the position and power to enact control. Given his position, Absul relished in it and gave himself willingly and loyally to the plans of his President.

Weapons:
Yotō-hō(Ruling Law) – Ruling Law is a simple Katana, it’s hilt wrapped in black and white leather. Its blade is decorated in sharp symmetrical designs and always perfectly sharp. It is nothing more and nothing less, just a way to dispense justice for Absul.

Abilities:

Order's Domain: Absul creates a zone in which he can create perfect order for himself. This allows him to bend the laws of his own body, increasing strength or speed and other bodily laws at any given time. He is unable to affect others and the effect is lost instantaneously when he loses focus upon keeping order, leaves the Domain, at the word of a superior or when he comes too close to breaking a law or rule. The Domain appears as a black and white interlocked pattern in a square that originates from his position.

Law-Breaker Sense: Absul is able to read a person's propensity to commit a crime or break a rule. People have varying states to him but anyone overr a certain threshold is instantly targeted.

Swift Justice: Absul is able to track people that have heightened law breaker state. He has been called The Council's Hound because of this.
