Basically, Ganon opted not to join one of the sequels way back when (even tried to get one canned when everyone else was against that), and because there was going to be a reasonable difference in the timeline, we split off after Imperialdramon died so we could set that up properly.

Ganon had made perfectly clear that he didn't want to be in S5 (or whatever story filled that position) all the way back at the beginning, I was just rolling with that. He's got his own thread, anyway, and nobody's responded to him in over nine weeks, I think?

Thanks for the recap. Never saw the Azelf. What color even is it shiny? Just looked it up- barely different. There've been bigger differences in color between generations, or the weird purple Dratini in Fr/Lg as opposed to how it looked in the other GBA games.
