I now realize I should have worded it better and should have said he more dangerous than the average lvl 5 but isn't a lvl 6. If he was, we could all kiss life goodbye as he'd systemically kill us all in alphabetical order and then eat us.

I think a Level 6 shift is pretty much an ascension. Petty desires such as killing would be beyond a level 6... But that's just my opinion.
