How strong is level 4 in comparison to 5?


Depends on the Five. Using canon, #3 and up far outstrip any Four, #4 Meltdowner is a push-over, #7 Attack Crash literally makes no sense but seems to be as-strong-if-not-stronger than Railgun, and Mental Out got beat by a fellow mental manipulator at Level Three (though to be fair Ayu was specialized to beat Misaki and was also backed by a FIVE_Over, so there's that) but is otherwise actually really good if she didn't have morals.

#6 is capable of, as we know, [censored] which is far [censored] than [censored]

EDIT: Of course any battle is one of compatibility, so it would also depend on the opposing power. I'll be honest, there are some powers out there that probably don't even need anything higher than Three to be more effective than a Five.

Assuming no morals, though. Morals just get in the way of power level arguments.

Pyrokinesis, huh? A pretty standard one now. Well, Pyrokinesis is activated here (as far as I know) by creating(calculating?) fire out of nothing with an esper's AIM field, hence, I believe your AIM field as a level 4 is fairly stronger than those of levels below. You can produce more fire and perhaps shoot it farther away. It may also be harder to extinguish, but don't take me up on that. ;P

I don't got any other questions anyway, i used to be really into toaru for a long time so i already know most of this shit. Last time i was genuinely confused about any content was when i was going over micro-macro stuff on my cs.

No problem. I will work on it as soon as I complete Kirima's wallpaper render. (tho I might need to take a quick nap after that wallpaper; i've been working on engineering courses without sleeping for two days, and I'm sort of killing time by being here)

Cut the living hell out of Kotori's original image, and it turns out to be a pretty decent render. With that said, I'm actually going to provide two images; one is the transparent render I used for Kotori Namashiya, while the other is the wallpaper I made for her.

what I wanted to try and get across was that the hand blade was a weak power would than dissapate and form on her foot. also in other news noticed how much her wind blades was like tenshi chan's hand sonic in angel beats lol

A teacher who uses bagua? Great, I was thinking that if Shizuka learns any magic, it would be onmyou/yin-yang/feng shui/geomancy-based, since with acoustics, shape and placement are key. Now she might have someone to learn from directly.
