Maria shook her head. "I'm going to stay and watch over you, just to be certain you'll be okay." She pulled her phone out of her pocket, intending to check her messages, and it went utterly crazy, ringing over and over and over again.
"What the heck?!" She turned the volume down and then scrolled through her messages. She had over five hundred of them from... "Kaleb, for the gods' sake." Each message had more exclamation points after "Where R U?!!"
"I'm fine, in Underworld." she responded. "Didn't Liza tell you?"
She didn't have an answer, so she scrolled through her Facebook, which had much the same problem, including all sorts of comments on her page about how she'd gone missing and everyone needed to search for her. She posted the same message and then turned her phone off against the inundation of beeps and boops.
"You might have warned them that I'd be disappearing!" she told the figure on the bed.

The god was out cold like a fading candle, his wings twiched every now or so often. maybe maria could ask Persephone what was the issue between those two. It couldn't have been that bad.

MEANWHILE in Hades castle

Persephone sighed as she watched Hades pacing and cursing at Erberus "Hades you knew that would happen if you place those two near each other. Besides I think Thanantos is starting to like the girl"

Hades raised his eyebrows. "I did not know that. I will have to talk to him once he is recovered and tell him that, in no uncertain terms, he is to NOT get romantically attached. If a three-quarter demigod were running around, especially a legacy of two gods who've always been on opposite sides... We'd have a nearly-impossible-to-kill lunatic on our hands."

The queen sighed gently and thinks about it slightly "I don't see why he can't fall into a romanic attachment with a demigod. Sure the offspring woul be a big hard to handle but if i don't recall you where not that easy as a kid either Hades or any olympain or underworld god when they are a child. It coudn't possibly be any worse then Thanatos when he was a kid I mean he was a freaking nut case but it took time but he did mellow oyt" pointed out

Hades sighed. "I know, it's just... Keeping a mortal down here. The Olympians haven't allowed it, ever, and I doubt they will let her stay, even though her father is a god and her grandfather is an Olympian. I know she seems to like it here, but... I don't want Thanatos to get attached, because it will break his heart when the other gods make her leave."
Maria, a smile blooming on her face as she realized that Thanatos was sound asleep, took her leave of the house, taking her lyre with her. The souls had dispersed and... She giggled. Taken most of the food with them, it seemed. She snagged a leftover brownie and bit into it, savoring the sweetness. She loved sugar, and so very rarely ate it because of the upset stomachs she'd get. But one brownie couldn't hurt her.
Finishing her brownie and dusting the crumbs off of her hands, she took her leave of the house, walking towards Hades's palace. She was stopped by a skeleton guard chattering at her. "I'd like to speak to Lady Persephone, if she has the time." Maria murmured. "If it is convenient for her."

Persephone smiled and nodded slowly "I know let's worry about that later" said smoothly and hears a skeleton walk in and that the demigod wanted to talk to her. She nodded and went out to see her

"Hello what do you need?"

Maria curtsied, thankfully not falling this time. "I didn't mean to disturb. I just wanted to ask you, now that Thanatos is settled... What exactly caused that commotion? I didn't think my presence could have caused such an uproar."

"ERM its really that thanatos and his father have had an extremely bad realionship for a very very long time"

Realizing the guarded tone in Persephone's voice, Maria hastily backtracked. "Oh, no. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to pry. I was just wondering. Maybe I could go and talk it... talk it out with his father, and maybe smooth things out between the two of them?"
