Nobody apologize for prioritizing life over RP! Life always takes precedence, especially where loved ones are concerned. ;)

As for the RP, I feel like I need to lay down a lot more structure and avoid more confusion. Admittedly I've been throwing heaps of randomness at all of you just to see what your characters do with it -- I would put importance on the things they notice and interact with, and drop whatever gets ignored. The result is a hodgepodge of confusion, which is fun in some ways but the plot is muddy at best. Your characters need information, guidance, goals, and tools to help them on their way -- once they figure out which road they're taking. But I also don't want to stall the action.

In short, I'm going to try for clarity and a more linear plot in the near future. Ideas, preferences and discussions are always welcome, of course!

(also, gonna wait to see if Zealous will post before the next mod post!)

Wulp... tbh, I'm okay with the whudufurks is going on feeling. There seems to be a looooooot of mix ups and make ups going on IC-ly but like, I am sooooooooooooo in lurvs<3 with it all. Feeling lost and confused as a RPer might not be the best feeling but like idk, I think it's totes working for me cuz it just adds to the feeling/mood when I write muh posts. Your eternal enthusiasm is especially appreciated, as always! So, hmm, perhaps the key is to strike a balance between confusion and purpose. I definitely wouldn't dictate what characters should do, and characters should continue to drive the plot by their own personalities. Perhaps if, in each post, I offered something tantalizing or horrifying or enriching to each individual character, as well as something more goal-oriented for everyone at once. And, of course, many surprises.

I'm thinking out loud. And totally planning on experimenting on you guys. ;)

I'm good with anything ya gots^^ But if ya need to give... like direct clarification just bonks me over the head with obvious obviousness, cuz like I'm not always that clever and dun gets all the subtleties, k?

And idk, how is the language barrier playing out with MC, Robin and Eveline? If it's too much to work to cut through, like I saids, I can edit and make more... like user friendly? Kk, lets me know!

Edit: I've read @Bunnita's post ten times and I've decided to go on the assumption that she plans to first render Eveline completely naked/invisible, then run to the other end of the bridge, steal the lantern from Kituo, run back to the middle of the bridge, and turn the crank to raise the bridge. I think.

Edit2: Trying a format in which all quotes are bundled together in their own section, and it ends up looking like I'm quoting you guys just to make my post appear longer. But I assure you the quotes are there to point out to everyone what important things particular characters have done or discovered. Also to reference more easily in case there's a misinterpretation in the mod post. You know I'm only writing this to procrastinate, right?

I'm okay with what's happenin to MC so far^^ Teh mind melding shiet with Senior Grumpy Owl there is pretty cool... mebbe like a power to grow with? Like I sooooooooo hates possession powers that take over other peeps, b ut like for MC thinking that she is like a... modem? For group communicating? LIke later on, she can link err'body up to speak in our heads to each other?

As for plot lines, like I'm okay with a case-by-case thingie. Meaning, if someone wants to 'lead' a plot line, MC is okay to follow along^^... but! Like... I just realized... Mia-Canta is kinda' pervie right? xDDDD Sooooo not muh faults !!>,>

Hmm, plots that center on one character at a time . . . I was thinking that everyone would be following their own thing all at the same time, but maybe each character could take the lead (as hero or villain) once in awhile. My only concern there is that depending too crucially on one character puts pressure on the player to not disappear.

And it seems quite a few have disappeared as of late. :(

Woohoo! Talan needs some bigger plot. He has powers, too, especially if Simon manages to give back the wolf mask. Or Talan takes it back. I can't quite predict what he would do.
