He's not going to have constant access to growth potions, right?
Giant Bowser all the time would be kind of awkward.
No no no... that will not be the case. Only in... final battles lets say that he will have access. Or I should just change it to Kamek's magic. After all, thats how he usually gets beefed up.
Name: Enginseer Hybris Age: unknown Gender: male Appearance: Canon, AU, or OC?: OC Universe of Origin: 40k Personality: He is cold and logical after he has gone under a special surgery to remove his emotion. Not only as a engineer but as the liaison between the crew of the vessel and the magos who refuse to speak anything but binary. Faction: UMMA
This does not have enough 4chan bred chapters! How dare not fill the roles of the Angry Marines and their glories fits of pure and utter hilarious rage! Also, his charecter will say alot of curse words to let out all the anger stored inside his body and will always speak in caps as it signifies that he is always angry, all the time.
Name: Irein the Pissed Off
Age: Why the fuck do you wanna know!?
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Canon, AU, or OC?: OC
Universe of Origin: Warhammer 40k
Personality: Unlike the original grimdark universe of Warhammer 40k, all alternate universes have their own little quirks. This one is where a certain chapter has made a name for themselves normally called Angry Marines. They are the most menacing, angry, and belligerent people you will ever come to know. Irein, for example, is a Angry Captain for the chapter and most are known for their complete and utter disregard for any kind of safety and charge head on with anything that can kill someone in their hands. As being a Captain, he is even more angry than the others around him and often has to kick a couple crotches to get them to pay attention. However, even though Irein and the other captains may sound completely stupid, they are not that so, as they can almost as a sixth sense in discovering something's weakness from shoving up a power chain down their mouths or slamming a power wrench into the knee caps effectively blowing up their entire lower half of the body. Even though they also seem like they would rather just beat up everyone most of the time, the Angry Marines are still loyal to the God Emperor and will follow his every command. However, as most aren't the God Emperor of Terra, most can barley control the rowdy bunch and only the most pissed off of something can get their attention and "settle down".
Abilities/Weapons:
Power Armor: A completely enclosed suit of combat armor composed of shaped Adamantium and Plasteel plates, encased in a Ceramite ablative layer. Each suit possesses a full suite of life-support functions for operation in hostile environments, an automated medicae system to provide some level of first aid to a wounded wearer and a highly advanced and fully integrated tactical targeting and threat analysis system known as Auto-senses. The suit would be heavy and cumbersome to wear but for the electrically motivated fibre bundles within the armor that replicates the wearer's movement and enhances his strength beyond its already considerable superhuman baseline (for Space Marines).
Adamantium 4x2 with a nail through it: A special weapon only reserved for the elite of the Angry Marines, rare due to the sheer effort of getting a nail into a piece of Adamantium.
Frag and Krak Grenades: Frag grenades are often used to disperse and suppress light armored units, usually Irein just pulls them and dosen't let go just charging head first into some weak ass soldiers. Krak grenades are used to penetrate through tougher units such as terminators or heavy plated armor, usually is used as Irein shoves the grenade into someones throat and watch it explode.
Backstory: There is barley any original history of the beginnings of the chapter as early on the Angry Marines didn't really feel like writing down what they did because it was better just doing it. However, the older Angry Marines that have survived for some strange reason often scream out drunk stories of what they did. Irein does this often and says that he was only some weak ass human that was all normal and not really as pissed as he is now. However, it was only when chaos from the skies completely took over the world, including his bustling village. Even worse, it was Khorne Worshipers that had taken over the planet causing basically every person that could fight was brutally slaugutered inside the entire world. The ones that were left were the weak, including whatever the fuck Irein's name once was.
He spent gruelings months hiding in the shadows and watching whatever the Khorne Worshipers wanted to do to his fellow humans. So, a hellish life of failure and perpetual disgust eventually took it's toll and he became increasingly violent and angry. One morning, he awoke to find that the last living colonists had been slaughtered to death and was the only one left in the village, and that the blood had transformed into super beefy Bloodletters. At this point his anger had manifested into something beyond comprehension, and, he recalls that, he "COMPLETELY LOST MY SHIT AND WENT DOWN TO DESTROY THEIR ASSES INTO OBLIVION".
So and so, he did what he said he was going to do and beat the ever loving fuck out of the cultist and daemons making them know the true definition of blood and pain. Irein rammed piles of rubble up every single one of their asses from pieces of wood to sizable rocks and then tore out the piece of rubble through their mouths. It is not really known if he did that to every single one, but in the end, after being covered in so much blood, shit, and guts viewed by the Angry Marines that had finally come to rescue the sorry ass excuse of a planet, they actually thought he was a khorne berserker without the power armor. It was only when they could almost sense his anger that they immediately took him in to become an Angry Marine.
After such a story was told by the other Angry Marines, Irein, his new name, was promoted to Angry Captain for his rather awesome display of anger and the ability to destroy such ass while only being a human. Irein's exploits continued as he commanded furious charges upon the enemies of the Imperium while shoving his 2x4 down their mouths and flailing around the dead body like a flag as he shoves his power boots up someones ass.
Yep. That is because Warhammer 40k is a brutally awesome place filled with giant bugs and robot zombies that also has one of the most extensive lores out there and a lot of great books. The community of Warhammer is also pretty great as everyone is pretty nice to the newbies and most of the games are pretty great. So don't try to be all rude with your underlined snarkiness and just embrace the universe and all of the awesomeness! Sorry for being a bit rude also, but I've just spent like couple years just being in the community and I don't really like people talking badly of Warhammer 40k or Fantasy.
Edit: Now that I read your thing again, I don't think you were trying to be rude? Sorry, I just really can't tell if people are being snide or not. If you were trying to state the abnormal amount of one fandom in one RP than I'm sorry for everything I said to you. However, if you did mean what I think I thought you meant, then I take back nothing.
Yeah. I can see that now. Sorry about saying all that, but I actually haven't been able to find one forum to actually allow an Angry Marine and I've just been jumping from forum to forum trying to find one that will accept this pissed off guy.
I don't dislike the universe, mainly because I have no experience with it and therefore shouldn't judge, but we do have quite a few Warhammer 40k characters already.
Ok. I have looked through the entire list and have found one heretical tau lover, one heretical and messed up Leman Russ, one sneaky ork, one rather very well made Spesh Mharine, one guardsmen, and one dreadnought! Doing the math with 63 in the charecter list and six Warhammer 40k, we are around like 9% of the list. I see that if I join it will go around 10% and I guess that is a fairly large amount for one fandom, but to be honest, while looking through the list I did see a bit of other fandoms that are more common than the others.
My issue isn't that he's from 40k, as you can plainly tell by all the characters I accepted from it.
My problem is more that it seems really hard for him to do anything but fight the other characters. It seems to be his entire thing, that he's angry and attacks anyone not an ally or the Emperor. ^^;
Well, if you prove that you aren't some heretical chaos god worshipers, heretical xeno lovers, or someone that doesn't try to piss him off then they should be fine... Or at least less wary. I will try to keep him under control and not attack anyone that doesn't try to provoke him to fight, and mainly just make him sit in the corner seething in rage that there isn't anything to fight. He isn't really blinded by rage that covers all of his judgement like the Khorne worshipers, he is just really pissed off all the time and will gladly release that anger on something that is heretical. So, he does strive for violence most of the time, but only on the people that deserve to be punched in the face.
Universe of Origin: To Aru Majutsu no Index/To Aru Kagaku no Railgun
Personality: Though often considered, because of her background and upbringing, to be someone of class and refinement, Mikoto honestly... isn't. Though she's generally quite a friendly and relaxed person, she's quite often childish and short-tempered. To make matters worse, she's quite prideful... which probably goes a long way towards explaining why she always tries to brush off her interest in childish things and gets quite embarrassed when it's brought up since, despite her reputation and tomboyish streak, she particularly likes childish things... especially Gekota, which is a franchise specifically aimed at children (and hasn't stopped her from spending ¥10,000 on getting a badge from a random dispenser). Despite her flaws, she's got a heroic bent and when she knows of some trouble occurring, she tries to help out to the best of her ability, and seems to have trouble with the idea of asking other people for help, though that has been improving... somewhat.
Abilities/Weapons: Railgun: The third strongest of the seven Level 5 Espers in Academy City, Mikoto's Electromaster gets its own designation and a clue exactly what she does with it. It isn't, however, a straight power upgrade over the lower levels (though there's a considerable amount of that, too) as her fine control is also hugely superior to lower levels. She can manipulate and generate electromagnetic fields of all descriptions, as well as detect them with the unaided eye. This... has rather a lot of applications:
Offensively: She can shoot you with electricity, which is the most obvious way anyone capable of manipulating electricity could attack. Though quite capable of replicating a lightning strike on your person, Mikoto dials it back for the obvious reason of not wanting to kill people. Should direct attacks fail for any reason, just piling metal onto you is an option, but she's also been known to produce a functional chainsaw-type weapon out of iron sand. Then there's the railgun itself: by generating magnetic fields as an actual railgun would, Mikoto can launch projectiles at (at least) Mach 3. Normally, this is a coin from an arcade with a limited range before it disintegrates, but it could be any bit of metal that's around, and thus possibly even faster.[/*]
Defensively: Again, aside from the obvious 'blast it with electricity', she can deflect anything made of metal, and block much else using the scenery if there's anything in the way of scrap around. Oddly enough, her ability's most useful defensive benefit, given that she can't block anything, is that Mikoto can use it to stick to walls and the ceiling... thus giving her a lot more room to maneuver in. Or just pull herself out of the way of an oncoming attack, with the downside that it involves slamming into a solid object hard.[/*]
Utility: The final set of uses? Hacking. If it's an electronic machine, Mikoto CAN hack it if she can get access to it--in the case of databases, this tends to be 'find a terminal or plug something into the network' so she can read it, but when it comes to giving robots or vending machines simple commands the answer is in the form of 'electrocute it in a very specific way'. It also allows her to artificially remove herself from all electrical surveillance.[/*]
The downside with this ability is that if she goes overboard, it tends to cause a blackout in the surrounding area. That, and it's pretty much all she knows how to do in a fight: she might be able to dodge and run, but it's her whole offensive repertoire. Kicking is saved for getting free drinks from a vending machine.
Initially a Level 1, Misaka's potential was noticed as a child, and researchers asked for a copy of her entire genome for 'medical purposes', which she only found out the true purpose of much later. Eventually, Mikoto became a Level 5 and started attending Tokiwadai Middle School, possibly not in that order. She also helped out in a bank robbery, saving the person that would later become her roommate/friend/fangirl/stalker.
The next interesting thing to happen was an entity known as 'Level Upper', purported to increase the level of the Espers using it. This mostly lead to a series of fights with people thinking that their powers were much greater than they in fact were, until the mastermind behind it showed up--and, using the powers of everyone turned comatose through Level Upper, fought Mikoto. They lost, but produced a hideous foetus entity, which also got blown up.
The Level Upper incident wasn't completely over, as the same person proceeded to cause a completely different incident whilst pursuing their stated goal, though Misaka talked them down. Someone else then proceeded to announce they were going to use the children serving as the reason for both incidents for an experiment, and after a series of fights ended up defeated, despite using a mecha at the time.
It was shortly after this that Mikoto kept being told that people thought they'd seen her in places she hadn't remembered being--attributed to clones, though she didn't believe this at first, even breaking into a lab to check and finding that the (original) project was cancelled. Meeting Misaka-9982 did, however, convince her that her DNA had in fact been used for cloning. After watching Accelerator kill that Sister, she attacked him... to absolutely no avail whatsoever.
She then proceeded to spend several days single-handedly trying to destroy all of the lab facilities, after causing a vast number to explode via hacking, and got pretty close to pulling off destroying everything that she knew about, before the data and equipment was more widely disseminated.
Somehow she got it into her head that having Accelerator kill her would spare the rest of the clones. Trying to blow up Touma to let her actually go do this didn't really work, so he went off and punched Accelerator in the face, which did seem to work.
This got followed by, of all things, being with her friends when they find a random child, who turns out to be involved in yet another experiment. In the process of saving said child from death by built-in poison, she let herself get paralysed temporarily, and this circuitously lead to destroying a missile falling from orbit.
Her involvement in the Tree Diagram Remnant arc can be summed up as 'one of the people that stopped Kuroko being buried in a collapsing building'.
Personality: He is a brilliant teacher, able to teach almost every subject by himself; Math, Science, Writing, you name it. He is very protective of anyone he cares about, and will do whatever he can to ensure their safety. He has an incredibly strong sweet tooth, and will go to great lengths (legally) to satisfy it. He is aware he is incredibly powerful compared to normal humans, as he has been targeted by several world leaders and able to survive every attempt made to kill him. He is also apparently a pervert, as he prefers large breasts.
Abilities/Weapons: - Flight: Despite having no wings no any other visible means to do so, he can shoot off into the air and fly. - Mach 20 speed: This thing is fast. Wicked fast. So fast he will fly alongside and clean a flying fighter jet at the same time, or avoid assassination attempts while trimming that assassin's eyebrows. He can literally fly around the Earth in a mere 20 minutes. - Keen sense of smell: For some octopus thing with no nose, he has a remarkably powerful sense of smell. He can smell sweets from more than several yards away, or the smell of copper from hidden bullets. - Colorful face: Korosensei's face changes color according to his mood, although that doesn't stop him from changing the color at will. See link for details. - Bullet immunity: regular metal bullets do no harm to him, instead simply melting in his body. - Regeneration: Korosensei can regenerate any damage done to him in a matter of seconds, although doing so apparently takes a toll on him. - Skin shedding: Korosensei's "ace in the hole". By shedding his skin, he can create a sort of armor to protect himself (and others if he has to), as well as create a decoy to distract an attacker for a few seconds. It can only be used once a month, and takes a toll on him after he has used it.
As a child, Korosensei was born into one of the most vile and corrupt slums. Growing up, he suffered abuse from his family, and watched as corrupt cops ignored the constant number of people who were killed on a daily basis in the slums which he lived in. It was an environment where everyone could easily betray you to the point that you could only trust yourself. Through these hardships, Korosensei immediately developed into a sociopathic killer and began to make a name for himself as the God of Death. Immediately, his talents were shown as he left a tremendous trail of corpses in his wake. He became notorious for breaking through even the most strict security teams to assassinate his targets.
All this changed after assassinating a wealthy buisnessman and father. The man's child witnessed the killing. Immediately, he became enamored with the beauty of the kill and requested that Korosensei train him as an apprentice. Eager for the assassination oppurtunities that an apprentice could give, Korosensei immediately and harshly trained the boy. After several successful jobs, the apprentice turned on the God of Death as he was attempting to escape a prison facility. The apprentice, the current God of Death, sought his master's title and abandoned him just to fuel his ego. Betrayed, Korosensei was captured and thrown into a research labratory run by Shiro. It was there that he met and befriended Aguri Yukimura. However, one day there was an explosion and Aguri became fatally injured. Her final wish to Korosensei was to teach her students (Class E), all the while thinking of what a wonderful teacher he will be.
Right before the start of the series, Korosensei destroyed 70% of the moon, forever leaving it in a crescent shape. Korosensei reveals to the world's leaders that he has decided to destroy the Earth as well the following year during March. He then tells the world leaders that he wants to become the homeroom teacher for Kunugigaoka Junior High School's Class 3-E. The world leaders accept the deal, hoping it will give them a chance to assassinate Korosensei; however, they also added another condition: he would not harm the students.
Later, Korosensei came with Karasuma, who was from the Ministry of Defense, to the front of Class-E and introduced himself. Karasuma explained the situation and demanded the students to assassinate the new homeroom teacher. As an example, he tried to assassinate Korosensei, but Korosensei used his mach 20 speed to dodge Karasuma's strikes, and even meticulously trimmed his eyebrows. After that, Karasuma revealed that the reward for killing him would be 10 billion yen, and Korosensei simply looked down on them while his skin became covered in green stripes. After Karasuma ended his explanation and showed the weapons, Korosensei declared that they should spend the last year in a meaningful fashion.
As the weeks and months passed, the students got better and better at assassination, and transfer students occasionally came in to kill him as well. However, Korosensei stayed as unkillable as ever, always dodging and/or blocking the special Anti-Sensei Weapons designed specifically to kill him. Still, the students do their best to kill him while also obtaining a decent education.
