Apologies for my absence, a close friend was severely depressed and attempted suicide and I haven't been home much. I'll have a post thrown up tomorrow afternoon.

Well, gtg delete the part of my future GM Post dealing with High Rock, then.

When is that post supposed to go up? I can send my orders ahead of my post if you'd like.
@NarcolepticSailor, your post?

Finishing it up now, only one question who exactly is Alunaushbah? I'm not seeing any other mention of him in the thread and a google search doesn't turn anything up.
This offer came even though High Rock itself was being attacked by Dragons from Skyrim, led by Alunausbah (Ever-Suffer-Wrath), a Dragon who had denounced Paarthunax's 'Way of the Voice' as tyranny, and had left for High Rock with his followers, burning, looting, and killing as they went.
Ironically, the depradations of Alunausbah and his followers strengthened the Direnni case for a coalition, as the kingdoms of Daggerfall and Wayrest began to send diplomats to Balfreia Island, in order to seek concerted action as regards the Dragon threat...
"Allied Powers of High Rock! We are pushing back against Alaunausbah! He is not broken, but we are unbowed!" were the cry of the Direnni Coalition as they scored several successes against the Dragons, each success securing more allies to their side. At the same time, however, the prime objective of their coalition, to drive back the Thalmor from Tamriel, would not be forgotten; with them sending another offer of aid to the Kingdom of Hammerfell, with the Kingdoms of Wayrest and Daggerfall joining their names with the Direnni in their offer, which included a larger force of 'volunteers', and more Anti-Undead, Anti-Daedra scrolls, or, if the King of Hammerfell was too proud to accept these offers, a small trickle of money from High Rock's merchant houses.
@Zendrelax, did you mean to have 7000 ships, or just 700? Also, in the future, can everyone please specify what sort of ships they have?
<Snipped quote by Letter Bee>
7000 overall, throughout Hammerfell. Mostly smaller, faster ships, but there are definitely a couple of the larger kind. Only a couple of the larger kind, with single-digit number more since the sea portion of the Battle of Sentinel. I'll edit that part of my CS when I have time today.
I kind of feel as though my posts are a respite from the war... :P
Edited the OP to allow for the use of separate Single-Player characters independent from a nation. These independent Single Characters cannot do Warplans, but can help acquire assets that make others' Warplans more effective.
<Snipped quote by Letter Bee>
I think though that "single-player characters" should be able to achieve a nation as a goal and thus not be a "single character" anymore. Same for the nation people who get decimated yet live could step "down" from ruling and play a "single player" or small group... Like with my character.
Or perhaps I read this wrong. >.> It sounds strange when I read it.
SO would a "Single-player character" Have to somehow defeat a lord or king or something in order to claim a kingdom to rule? Because if so then they wouldn't be able to usurp any of the Nation Players in order to do so right? According to what you said about how war and stuff works. I'm not saying that it would be possible but just wondering.
