Well, I didn't mean that. I meant that it will detect the being and their appearance and any info that can be gathered will be stored in a database if they met the criteria to begin the process. Then, it wouldn't make sense for a projection of a being to not be somehow connected to the being his or herself, right? And energy, in some form, has to be put in to form and maintain the projection, as well as perform actions through it. The math revolves around the energy that can be detected either within or coming from it.

I'd say a constant based on what is already known about the vast majority of superhuman beings also has its place. I'm not sure if I forgot anything or explained something too poorly, but I reread it and it makes sense to me.

Then a very, very small value will be obtained. If the projection itself can't do any harm, then it's not very important how powerful the being is anyways. At least until the moment they decide to show up in person.

Discord (who is not only named Discord by the way, but in fact everywhere) had walked off, away from Pinkie Pie. Well, Discord 2 had. Or was the Discord with Pinkie Pie Discord 2? To rectify the situation, he invented a new number system consisting of two numbers which were equal, and so the Discord with Pinkie Pie was Discord Dis and the Discord walking away was Discord Cord.

It was, of course, genius.

Either way, he had gone off on one too many tangents, and he suddenly realised that he was about to bump into a gazelle grazing in the street. He tripped over her with his long giraffe legs and went flying, his body contorting into several completely non-Euclodean shapes before he landed on exactly 7 and a half legs. He looked at the half leg and frowned, shaking himself so that the half-leg flew off into nothing.

Discord nodded sagely, scribbling notes on a notebook that had appeared in his hand. His cap had become a nurse's cap and he had thick glasses on. "Yes, yes, very good. That is the appropriate reaction to witnessing me at work. Now, just for the juicy-- salient details, how do you feel? Are you confused? Do you feel angry? Does life feel meaningless?" His questions became increasingly heated and frantic. "Has your entire worldview been shaken? Or, worse yet, have you lost your mind? Has it turned to chaotic mush in the wake of my reckless abandon?"

He adjusted his glasses. "Actually, half of those questions were absurd, and the other half were inappropriate. You decide which was which. In fact, mess up the percentages a bit if you like. Make up your own options! I don't care."

The gazelle blinked.

"Perfect! I love how detailed that response was! Please, tell me more, even though I don't really need it thanks to such an incredibly informing response about your situation."

The gazelle blinked again.
