Alright, I just claim that central mountain. That is where Kauron Odegtyr, my ruler, established his fort-city capital of Kauronioth.

WIP:
Stats:
Population: 170 Citizen Redauri Redauri (Argruti), 100 Warrior Redauri (Arordithi), 25 Mother Redauri (Arimateri), 4 Ruler Redauri (Ardrulkoni), and 1 Kauron. 300 total Redauri.
Military:
The Kauron oversees his Military Vizier, the Ordithagrado.
The Orithgrado oversees 9 Ulkadonordithi
They each common 2 of the 18 Kardukordithi
They lead squads of 4 of 72 Sionokordithi
100 total Ordithi.
They are equipped with Mythyrylion Molten Chains, which cover all of their body but their eyes and horns. All of the officer Ordithi (Kardukordithi, Ulkadonordithi, and the Ordithgrado) Wear ornaments on their horn, depending on their rank. Their weapons are fairly advanced, using 'Dekard' or Elastic Spears to quickly pierce multiple enemies, retract, and repeat. Their military efforts are also bolstered by their natural strength and pouncing power.
Food: They eat only the sacred herb 'Aurkadiz', which needs only to be consumed once per cycle. It is grown in the Gurdauril Meshedip, or 'Grand and Sacred Garden'. This herb is also used for healing. They eat the meat of the race's most hated enemies as a practice of ritual execution, but they use the blood only to fuel a berserker rage known as 'Zerkoj' against similar creatures to the executed. Due to the fact that their nutrient requirement is very low, and that the Gurdauril Meshedip needs to produce only 11/12s of a cycle's serving of Aurkadiz (1 hg) per day (exceeded by a production of 3 kg per day, which is stored for rare times of famine), their relative food level is Very High.
Resources: The Redauri have 5 resources at their disposal, which cover nearly all of their needs.
Aurkadiz, or 'Sacred Herb' is grown in the Gurdauril Meshedip.
Tonodik, or 'Durable Stone' is mined from Mt. Kauron, this is used in their structure. It is usually applied while molten, functioning like cement. Usually, a hollow cube of the material is made and then designs and accessories are applied.

For a custom race, how does a bonus to strength and size, a minor bonus to magic, a heavy penalty to technological capabilities, and a minor penalty to reproduction sound? I'd have just posted it in the Ic, but I wanted to make sure it was balanced.

Could I make a Goblin race with the following 'stats'
Low Strength
Average Technological capability
Average diplomacy
High Reproduction
Low Magic
High Speed
Low intelligence
Low morale
Small Size
High Cunning

My idea for them was a civilisation run similar to the orcs in Warhammer.

Goblins follow the leadership of those bigger and stronger than themselves. The bigger and more powerful the goblin, the higher up in society they are.
They grow like plants and have places consisting of swamps and mushrooms that grow into Goblins.
They are very quick and cunning yet most lack intelligence, the few who are intelligent are incredibly manipulative.
Due to them following those bigger than themselves, leadership relies on the goblins believing they are stronger than any other race. If the mortality of the goblins are ever exposed, the civilisation can begin to break down. Until of course a bigger stronger goblin(or creature} comes along and begins to control the masses once again.
They are only a few feet in height.

Medium Reproduction, long life spans, scales for natural defense, as good as reinforced leather armor.
Resistance to poisons.
Higher than average muscle strength X 3 than Humans.
Natural pain tolerance of x 4 than Humans.


What are the Saurian Race? What do they look like?
Also: Isn't that just far too good and not enough bad?
The only con I see is Medium Reproduction and that's far too Little to cover for 100~ lifespans, somewhat semi-impervious natural defense, increased muscle strenght, poison resistance, and finally that pain tolerance.

How about Saurians as is, EXCEPT medium reproduction (Meaning less than Humans at eighty percent) a minor intolerance to cold (worse than other races) and increased aggression at very high temperatures? (a conditional diplomacy, charisma penalty) For example, living in mid nineties temperatures would make them seem just fine but once it's 105 they're a little grumpy and at Arizonan like temperatures of 115, they need to stay calm and only congregate among friends, lovers, and family?

Average/Medium isn't 80% of humans... since humans have average reproduction. And I feel like their "charisma" penalty is way too conditional to bring any real balance. Bring out a real weakness or two of this race and I will approve it (like incredibly vulnerable to fire or that their infrastructure/tech sucks so bad they live in huts).

Anarchic Heavy penalty. It will be hard for them to thrive in numbers greater than the thousands. This will force them to disperse across wide distances. Eventually this can be weakened, but maybe never totally done away with.

Aversion to Cold: They suffer in the cold. At the temperatures of 20 degrees, it's like -5 freezing to them, weakening their immune systems.

Early Generational Vulnerability ((Immune Systems)) Trying to enter new places will be harder for them than other races. They face having to endure a weak immune system which means endangering entire families, maybe even tribes since they will have to be constantly on the move. Should they enter some colder areas in the world, it can be lethal to the entire tribe.

Minor: Stalled Technological Progress: Having to move around, which forces diseases into the tribes, at least at first, will slow technological progress. ((With some exceptions that come with being Nomadic)).

That's much better. They still seem overpowered in terms of strength and endurance but at least they have weaknesses now. I'll approve it.
Also... Do they look like reptiles on two legs or what?

Edit: Actually, can you describe their appearance? How tall are they? How big? Color? Fangs? etc
