Bloodwolf - Remeber I told you that no one would be over 840 years in the riders group ??????, Also belive me if an elf saw a dragon the first thing they would do was not keep it hidden they wouldn't want to risk it. rememnber in the last 840 years all elves, drawfs and humans have been ina war with dragons you wouldn't want to stick around and see if your family discovers it and pretty much kill it on thr spot. They might be nature elvers but all elves grown to hate and fear dragons a like no matter if they are a baby or a realm one. Age : Said to be around since the first animal was born
Race : celestial Unicorn
Occupation : befriended of nature, defender of weak and lonely
Personality : A kind and swift hearted mare that speed outmatches all other creatures above and below. her swiftness is something that makes her widely wanted and treasured by many elves. She was said to help all those who are hurt and defend all those who are weaker than others. Every race knows by now to never cross her as she might be a mare but she packs a lot with her hooves and bites.

Bio :

Celestial Racer is her name a Unicorn that has been alive for million years. She has seen a lot in her life and experienced pretty much everything and everyone as well. She knows of the raiders group and often protects the young riders from bandits and thieves. But lets start at the gaining of her life. unlike other unicorns she was born of an immortal mother and father of celestial Unicorns that first walked the earth before their god Bexuml, the unicorn of peace and Law. She became that gods second hand unicorn when she reached the age of four hundred years. She became the ultimate judgment maker. She was known as Dazzling death for a long time but as time grew on she became peaceful and more down to earth. Yet she had her original job to defend those who are weaker than her. She had a nasty run in with bandits and few baby dragons as she was forced to kill both bandits to keep the young dragons safe. she led the young dragons away and safer area. She cared for each of them before she saw them grow and able to defend themselves. She left and when she turned around five hundred years old she was given word by some of the creatures of the forest that the dragons she cared for have died. she ran off and saw they had been killed by hunters she mourned for a year, staying there and killing anyone who came near.
She finally got over the death of the two she cared for and went on to defend others and she said to be very feared by Bandits, Hunters, Elves, dragons and even the riders as they know her wrath is something so dangerous no god could save you from it. She is an immortal unicorn which will never die by weapons alone it would take every dragons power and everyones focus to kill her completely. She can be wounded but not killed.

Height - Stands eight feet tall

Powers

unmatched speed - able to run around koch three speeds for short burst of time. Can out run most things in air and on the ground

Nullifier of powers her Aura around her is able to stop powers of both dragon and their riders. She can make a dragon loose its powers for a good hour if she pleased but she can make humans and half elves lose their powers for six if she feels like it is just to do so. But mostly if you don't show your a threat no harm can come to you or the dragon.

Speaking to all animals and people - She can talk to all forms of people, animals and even plants. She is said to have a voice that warms the coldest of heart.

Wrath of Nature - It is said that the unicorn can cause massive damage in her rage. Eh ...doesn’t look like it but she can whip up tornadoes, tropical storms and even Hurricanes as well as water spouts and massive lightning storms. But as she can use these, they are rare and will most likely not used unless defending someone weaker than the others.

I accept that character neat a little Unicorn to be as strong as dragons

This is just my opinion, but I think the unicorn is a little over powered, with having unmatched speed, nullification abilities for long periods of time, and the ability to summon powerful natural disasters at will! To top it off, it's unkillable, which strike as a bit too much for a creature this string in the hands of anyone except the GM. I've no problem with a creature being strong, or stronger, than dragons, but this one is God-level with all of it's abilities combined. And one of the rules in the CS was to explicitly avoid that.

I know that it has already been approved, but I really implore you nerd it's abilities a little, like making Nature's wrath involuntary, lessening the length of time on the nullifies(I personally would like this to be cut, but that's because I just dislike total nullification powers in general), and/or making it killable in a realistic way. Basically, I see too many strengths in this creature and no real weakness or restraints to balance them. Once again, this is only my opinion, take it and do with it what you wish.

Ah I see bbbbuuuut. Just because she has these powers doesn't mean she is going to use them every moment. Its her powers but that doesn't mean she will use them 24/7 and even if she did she knows when not to use it.

Iron has a point , its like any power it doesn't mean she'll use it twenty four seven. Also she only says uses it for defense so I got no problem with it.
