Hey everybody! (Insert Simpson's joke) Being a little less silent now, because I'm looking to get a Magic: The Gathering role play together. I've got some ideas for the setting, which will likely be Ravnica, Theros, Zendikar, or Innistrad. (Feel free to look those planes up, should you be interested but not know much about the game) Still debating whether or not players will be planes walkers or just powerful individuals, but it all depends on how much interest is shown. If I can get three or four people who know the lore well, then it will probably be Planeswalkers; if a bunch of people are interested, then you'll be powerful individuals, and I'll work out details later. I'm interested, but I'm still working on becoming better versed in the MTG lore.

Well, considering you flat out named two of my favorite planes (Ravnica and Innistrad), you have my interest. I do know a fair share about the MTG lore, if that would help in any way, shape, or form.

All of that helps quite a bit, Eisenhorn, mostly in that it'll make things easier on me when it comes to what I can do with the role play as far as interactions and events go. And Jaeda, feel free to ask Eisenhorn (If he doesn't mind) or myself, either here or via PM, any questions you have regarding the lore. Just one more person, and I'll get an OoC up and running for discussion on what setting you guys would prefer, as well as which characters you feel you can handle best.

I dont mind at all, I'll gladly answer some MTG questions if people have em. I'm all Innistrad because some of my favorite humans and angels come from there, and Ravnica gets me some Jace Beleran, who is awesome as well.

Welp, that's enough people for me to cobble the OoC together, so we'll see if more people show interest once that's up, but it's looking like the role play will be in Innistrad, and the lot of you will be fledgling planes walkers. So start thinking about what your powers/affiliations will be (Remember you're just starting out, so think along the lines of Garruk Wild Speaker, and not Jace the Mind Sculptor) I'd rather not see names planeswalkers, but if you want to change things around with them like genders, powers, personalities and really make the established walkers your own, then just run it by me, and we'll see what we can put together. One restriction though, no relations to Sorin or Tibalt, for reasons I will get to later.

Correct. Innistrad is just the place you've been brought to. You're all planes walkers from whatever plane you choose, and have been brought to Innistrad by Sorin for reasons. Just something to keep in mind though, a planes walker's spark is ignited by severe trauma. Whether from the process of everything you know and love being slaughtered, or from another planes walker violently assaulting your mind, you're going to have to come up with something that's left a mark on you. Anyway! Back to work on the OoC!
